Police are looking to put a fraudster out of business after being accused of selling bottles of urine as expensive whiskey, police in the United Kingdom said.

Blackpool Police said that 35-year-old Nicholas Stewart, is a danger to public health after selling urine as whiskey to unsuspecting consumers.

Now, police are seeking a Criminal Anti-Social Behavior Order (CRASBO), which would prohibit Stewart from selling fake bottles of whiskey and vodka on the streets.

Police analyzed several bottles and lab tests showed that they contained urine and other human waste. Stewart of Palatine Road, was sentenced to serve 70 days in prison, which was suspended for 12 months.

Prosecutors told a court that Stewart targeted tourists, and charged them 10 pounds ($15) for a one and a half liter bottle of urine.

Several bottles were seized by security guards when Stewart approached potential customers at a gambling site. Investigators believe that Stewart added urine to the bottles in order to give them an appearance of whiskey.

Stewart said that he sold the urine bottles because he needed money for food.

(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested on charges of sexual assault after allegedly forcing a teen to perform sex acts while pretending to be a police officer, prosecutors in New York said.

Brooklyn District Attorney Ken Thompson announced that the 47-year-old Brooklyn man has been arraigned on an eight-count indictment in which he is charged with forcing the 18-year-old woman to engage in sex acts and trying to rape her in Bushwick, while claiming to be a police officer.

“This defendant is accused of impersonating a police officer to commit a cowardly and deplorable crime against an innocent young woman. He will now be held accountable for his actions,” District Attorney Thompson said.

47-year-old Walter Barnes of 2015 East 59th Street, Old Mill Basin, was arraigned before Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Patricia Williams, on two counts of predatory sexual assault, two counts of first-degree criminal sexual act, first-degree attempted rape, two counts of third-degree criminal sexual act and one count of first-degree criminal impersonation.

His bail was set at $200,000 bond or $250,000 cash. He faces up to 25 years to life in prison if convicted.

According to the police investigation, approximately 6:30 a.m., in the vicinity of Aberdeen Street and Bushwick Avenue, the defendant, who was driving a car, allegedly flagged down the 18-year-old woman who was walking to a store, and offered her a ride.

Once the woman was inside of his car, the defendant allegedly identified himself as a New York City police officer and threatened to arrest her unless she performed a sex act on him.

The defendant then allegedly drove the victim to another location and again forced her to perform a sex act. The victim tried to get out of the car, but the doors were locked.

The defendant also tried to rape her, but she was able to grab the car keys from the ignition and escape.

Man kills his 19-year-old niece because she refused to wash his clothes

A man was arrested on charges of murder after allegedly beating his niece to death for refusing to wash his clothes, police in Nigeria said.

Abuja Police said that they arrested the suspect, who was identified as Sunday, after being accused of beating the 19-year-old woman on Thursday.

According to the police investigation, Sunday reportedly went to the home of his niece, Cecilia David, to ask why she had disobeyed his order to wash his clothes.

David was said braiding her hair and brushed off her uncle. Sunday became enraged and began beating David until she collapsed.

Paramedics who arrived at the scene, tried to revive her. She was rushed to a nearby hospital, when she was pronounced dead.

Sunday was arrested by police at the hospital.

Woman drugs and rapes young man until his private parts became swollen

A woman was arrested on charges of rape after allegedly raping a young man until his private parts became swollen, police in South Africa said.

Limpopo Police said that the 46-year-old woman of Bolobedu, who was accused of raping the 22-year-old man, was released from custody after posting R1,000 ($86) bail.

According to the police investigation, the woman lured the man into her home and gave him a drink that was spiked with drugs before raping him overnight.

The woman locked all the doors and windows of her home to keep the victim from escaping. In the morning, the man's genitals began to swell.

That is when the woman freed him from her home and he went to a nearby hospital. He was treated and released. Police described the man’s injuries as serious.

Police are looking to arrest and charge a father of six children with murder after allegedly killing 5 of his kids to achieve eternal life, police in Pakistan said.

Saeed Khan Police said that they are looking for 40-year-old Ali Nawaz Leghari, after being accused of killing his children by giving them sedatives and then strangling them.

According to the police investigation, the suspect was fighting with his wife and was also learning black magic. A religious leader told the suspect that he should sacrifice his children in order to achieve eternal life.

Leghari was conducting a 40-day spiritual journey when he tried to kill his family by poisoning their dinner, but his plan was foiled by his wife.

She fled from the home along with her oldest child. Leghari then killed the remaining children one by one. He strangled them one by one inside their rooms.

The children were identified as Haseena, 15, Mukhtiar, 12, Shabir, 7, Humera, 4, and Zameer, 3. Police found the rope that has been used to strangle the five children at the scene.

Leghari was seen taking a bus to Hyderabad. Leghari’s surviving son, Sabir Hussain, told investigators that his father is a drug addict who is obsessed with black magic.

Man poisons 5 women to death at party to untangle twisted love triangle

A man was arrested, charged and convicted of murder after killing five women and injuring numerous others in order to untangle a twisted love triangle, prosecutors in Japan said.

Now, the 88-year-old man who was convicted of poisoning five women to death by adding pesticide to their wine, has been denied a new trial and ordered to remain on death row.

Masaru Okunishi was sentenced to death after being convicted of multiple counts of murder for slipping pesticide into wine at a block party.

The farmer initially told police that he added toxic chemicals to the wind in order to kill his wife and his lover, so he could unravel his twisted love life.

Three other women also died, while a dozens fell ill but survived. A judge ruled that the defendant failed to provide new evidence to warrant a new trial.

The defendant's attorney vowed to take the case to the Supreme Court. Okunishi, who spent decades in solitary confinement, is now hospitalized.

Dancer shocks audience by having sex with man during onstage performance

A woman was arrested after she decided to entertain her audience by having sex with a man on stage.

Dancer Chirumuta Chantel was arrested after she had sex with a client while she was performing live on stage at the Club Red 32 in Zimbabwe.

Chantel will appear before a judge at the Mbare Magistrate’s Court, to face charges of public indecency.

Hapaguti Mapimhidze, the president of the Dancers Association of Zimbabwe, was also summoned to the Harare Central Police Station yesterday afternoon.

During her performance, Chantel began doing a strip tease on a male patron on stage at the club in Southerton, and ended up having sex with the man in full view of club goers.

Chantel asked the audience members for a condom. When a man took out a condom, she asked him to put it on before having sex with him live on stage.

According to police, this was a violation of the dancers' license as they are not allowed to involve audience members during their performances on stage.

The two decided to undergo sex changes to become the women they always wanted to be.

The couple of Britain, who fell in love while being men, walked down the aisle as women.

The women who live in Warndon, Worcester, had their birth certificates changed to reflect their new identities as women.

Parma Bertoli, 59, and Stephanie Nickles, 43, who both had sex changes during their 10 years of romance, were planning their dream wedding when Bertoli was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor.

Bertoli knew that she has a very limited amount of time left, but said that it would mean the world to her and her partner to get married.

The dream of the transsexual couple became a reality after locals organized their special wedding day all in just 18 hours.

The couple had everything from traditional white dresses to beautiful flowers thanks to caring people.

Bertoli, who is suffering a brain tumor, was told that she has less than 12 months to live and was overwhelmed when her dream to marry her longtime partner became a reality.

“I am surprised and very happy,” Bertoli said about the wedding.

Female school counselor ordered to register as sex offender for sleeping with 18 year old

(Scroll down for video) A married mother was jailed for having an affair with a teenage boy despite the fact that he was the age of consent.

The female guidance counselor was sentenced to jail and ordered to register as a sex offender for sleeping with the student.

Mackenzie Land Matthews, the former guidance counselor of a high school in Ohio, pleaded guilty to one count of felony sexual assault and will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of her life.

Matthews cried as the verdict was read in court on Tuesday. Her family and supporters joined her in the courtroom.

Matthews, 34, apologized to her husband, children and the victim in court after she admitted to having consensual sex with the 18-year-old senior at the Heath High School.

Police said that the incident occurred a few years ago, but the victim did not tell anyone about his encounters with Matthews until a few months ago.

Matthews resigned from her position at the school after she was arrested. In Ohio, sexual behavior among educators and students is prohibited regardless of age or consent.

“If she had waited four months for the student to graduate, it would not have been a crime,” said Prosecutor Ken Oswalt.

Oswalt told Judge Thomas Marcelain, that the family of the victim had urged him not to seek a prison term for the teacher because she has young children.

Matthews has no criminal record and had no previous disciplinary problems at the school, where she had worked since 2005.

The judge ruled that a prison sentence was necessary, and sentenced her to two years in prison.

Woman arrested after calling police on her abusive husband as officers discover marijuana growing operation

However, rather than helping her, police officers arrested the victim.

Candy Gail Character of Dutton, Alabama, called police on Monday, to report domestic violence.

She told police officers that her husband had assaulted her and refused to let her leave the house for a couple of weeks.

Once inside the home, police found almost 70 marijuana plants, fertilizer, grow lights, planting soil, drug paraphernalia, 1 pound of marijuana and other items used to grow marijuana.

35-year-old Leonard Stephen Character and 43-year-old Candy Gail Character were arrested on multiple drug charges. They were arrested on charges related to trafficking and possession of controlled substances.

In addition to the drug charges, the husband was charged with domestic violence including strangulation and false imprisonment.

Candy Gail Character has been released on bail of $2,500 while Stephen Character is being held in the Jackson County Jail.

Construction worker who broke all his limbs survives 7 days by drinking his own urine

A construction worker is lucky to be alive after falling from a building and breaking all his limbs, rescue workers in China said.

28-year-old Yang Hsieh of Hunan, broke both his arms and legs and was forced to survive for seven days by drinking his own urine.

According to the investigation, Hsieh fell 65 feet to the ground, breaking his limbs and his mobile phone. Hsieh tried to scream for help, but none of his colleagues heard his cries.

After not showing up at work for the following six days, his friends assumed that he found job elsewhere without telling them.

Luckily, on the seventh say, a passerby who was walking his dog, heard noises and decided to investigate. When the man approached he was shocked to find the construction worker just laying there.

He called rescue workers, who rushed Hsieh to a nearby hospital, where doctors anticipate that he will make a full recovery.

Hsieh said that he had no choice but to drink his own urine in order to prevent dehydration.

(Scroll down for video) A father and a mother were arrested on charges of assault after the father allegedly shot his baby while cleaning his gun, prosecutors in New York said.

Brooklyn District Attorney Ken Thompson announced that the 47-year-old man has been indicted on second-degree assault and other charges for accidentally shooting his 9-month-old daughter in his Brownsville home while cleaning his gun.

The child’s mother has been indicted for second-degree reckless endangerment.

“This father could have easily killed his innocent and helpless baby. This behavior was completely irresponsible and now both parents will be held accountable,” District Attorney Thompson said.

Pedro Rosales, 47, and Jessica Aguilar, 24, of 580 Sutter Avenue in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn, were arraigned before Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Miriam Cyrulnik on an indictment in which Rosales is charged with second and third-degree assault and criminal possession of a firearm.

He and Aguilar are both charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child. If convicted, Rosales faces up to seven years in prison and Aguilar faces up to one year in jail.

Rosales was ordered held on $100,000 bond or $50,000 bail and Aguilar was ordered held on $10,000 bail or $5,000 bond.

According to the police investigation, approximately 3:30 p.m., Rosales was cleaning his unregistered, loaded .45 caliber firearm and it discharged, striking Jessica Rosales, his daughter, who was nine months old at the time.

The baby’s mother, Jessica Aguilar, was also at home at the time.

They took the baby to a nearby hospital where she was admitted for a gunshot wound that entered her left hip and exited her back.

Aguilar told police that she lied to hospital staff about how the child came to be shot. Police later recovered the .45 caliber firearm and a bullet fragment from the apartment.

Man breaks into home of Miley Cyrus and steals her personal belongings

A man was arrested on charges of burglary after allegedly breaking into the home of Miley Cyrus and stealing her personal belongings, prosecutors in Los Angeles said.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced that the Newbury Park man has pleaded not guilty to charges that he stole items from the home owned by pop star Miley Cyrus.

23-year-old Rusty Edward Sellner was charged with one felony count each of first-degree residential burglary, receiving stolen property and grand theft.

He is scheduled to return to Department 100 of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Van Nuys Branch, for a preliminary hearing.

According to the police investigation, Sellner broke into the singer’s Toluca Lake house and removed a large amount of her and her brother’s personal property.

The complaint also alleges that Sellner has two prior convictions in Ventura County for burglary and evading arrest. If convicted as charged, Sellner faces a possible maximum sentence of nearly eight years in state prison.

(Scroll down for video) A cat hater was arrested, charged and convicted of animal cruelty after killing several cats, which belonged to his wife, prosecutors in California said.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced that the 24-year-old man who was convicted of killing cats, was sentenced to serve 2 years in jail.

Steven Ullery of Long Beach, pleaded guilty to a felony count of cruelty to an animal as part of a plea bargain agreement with prosecutors.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Tomson T. Ong sentenced the defendant two years in state prison, which will be served in county jail.

The defendant was remanded into custody at the conclusion of the sentencing. As a result of the animal cruelty conviction, Ullery cannot own, possess, reside with, or care for any animal for 10 years.

According to the police investigation, at the time of the crimes, Ullery was living with his wife, who owned several cats. Over a period of several months, five of the cats died.

Two of the deceased cats were adopted from the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Los Angeles (spcaLA). When those cats died, Ullery and his wife brought the bodies back to the spcaLA, requesting a refund.

Following that incident, spcaLA began an investigation and learned that Ullery and his wife presented three additional dead cats to the Uptown Animal Hospital in Long Beach.

One of these cats died from blunt force trauma to the face while another was choked to death. Long Beach Police arrested Ullery in connection with the animal deaths.

The defendant was later released on $60,000 bail.

Young man caught groping teen girls while they were washing clothes at laundromat

A young man was arrested, charged and convicted of sexual assault after groping teen girls while they were washing their clothes at laundromats, prosecutors in New York said.

Brooklyn District Attorney Ken Thompson announced that the 29-year-old Long Island man has been sentenced to three years in prison following his conviction in connection with the sexual abuse and other charges for groping and fondling teenage girls and young women in laundromats located in the Brownsville and Canarsie sections of Brooklyn.

“This defendant degraded and violated innocent women and young girls repeatedly with his lewd, vile and reprehensible conduct, which will affect his victims for years to come. Fortunately, he’s off the streets now and in prison, where he belongs,” District Attorney Thompson said.

Lowell Britt, 29, of East Third Avenue in Bay Shore, was sentenced by Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Vincent Del Giudice, to a term of three years in prison and 15 years of post-release supervision.

The judge ordered his sentence to run concurrent to the three years sentence he received in Queens, for a similar case. He was also ordered to register as a sex offender following his term of incarceration.

The defendant pleaded guilty to four counts of persistent sexual abuse, two counts of forcible touching, one count of second-degree sexual abuse, six counts of third-degree sexual abuse, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of public lewdness, two counts of exposure of a person and six counts of second-degree harassment.

He was also convicted of one count of third-degree sexual abuse following a bench trial before Justice Del Giudice.

According to the police investigation, the defendant approached eight victims in laundromats in Canarsie and Brownsville, and either rubbed against them, exposed himself or acted in some other inappropriate sexual manner.

In one incident, at a laundromat located in Brownsville, the defendant pushed a 19-year-old victim’s head into a dryer and forcibly rubbed himself against her. The victim screamed and the defendant fled.

In the second incident, at a laundromat in Bushwick, the defendant approached two sisters - ages 13 and 15, who were doing their laundry - and rubbed himself against them. He exposed himself before fleeing.

In the third incident, at a laundromat located in Bushwick, the defendant exposed himself and pleasured himself in front of a 13-year-old girl before fleeing.

The defendant was arrested by New York Police Department detectives assigned to the Brooklyn Special Victims Squad.

A paramedic was arrested, charged and convicted of sexual assault after sexually assaulting a girl inside his ambulance, prosecutors in the United Kingdom said.

Now, the trained paramedic who sexually assaulted three women under the guise of performing medical assessments, has been sentenced to serve 8 years in prison.

39-year-old John Franklin of Kent Avenue in Sittingbourne, was convicted of two counts of sexual assault by penetration on a teenager.

According to the police investigation, as a member of the St. John Ambulance service, Franklin asked his victim if he could perform a medical assessment on her in his private ambulance as part of his training.

While doing this, he carried out internal examinations and touched her intimately. Numerous experts told a court that none of these acts were necessary or part of his training.

Franklin was charged and following a trial was convicted of two counts of assault by penetration. He was sentenced to eight years in prison for the offenses of which he was convicted.

Detective Inspector Neil Kimber of the Kent Police said: “His victims bravely came forward and reported these violations, and it is important for them to see justice being served with the substantial prison sentence that the defendant has received. I would like to thank the victims for their bravery and commitment and hope that they will be able to rebuild their lives now that this sentence has been imposed.”

Woman receives $95 fine for being kissed by her boyfriend in her car

A woman received a ticket for being kissed while driving.

The woman of Galicia, Spain, was pulled over by police and handed an 80 euro ($95) fine after police claim they saw her boyfriend kissing her while driving.

The woman, Vanesa Vieitez, said that she was surprised and thought it was some sort of a prank.

However, the police of O Carballino, explained that she had been swerving on the road while being kissed and therefore, she was given a fine.

“I could not believe it. I keep wondering if they do not have more important things to do,” Vieitez said.

Officers on the scene justified the fine, saying that the kissing had restricted her ability to drive, but Vieitez disagrees and said that it was not the case.

“My boyfriend had kissed me in the way you kiss your mother. My face and body was not turned to him. I did not do anything strange,” she said.

“He just leaned over and kissed me.” Vieitez added.

When the driver realized that the police were determined to give her a fine, she asked them to specify the reason in writing.

The officer did just that and wrote on the ticket that she had been engaging in affectionate behavior with her passenger while driving.

Vieitez reportedly said that she will appeal the fine.

Teen father bites his newborn baby in the face to stop her continuous crying

(Scroll down for video) A young father was arrested for getting out of control when his newborn baby wouldn't stop crying.

Police in Connecticut, arrested the teenage father after he allegedly admitted to biting his 6-week-old daughter in order to get her to stop crying.

18-year-old Felipe Deaquino of Stamford, was charged with assault and risk of injury to a child among other charges.

Police said that they were dispatched to the home around 8:00 p.m., by the Department of Children and Families after they received information that a child was being abused.

Officers who responded to the scene, found a woman saying that she lived with Deaquino and their young daughter.

The woman said that she and Deaquino, had an altercation during which he spat in her face because she had accused him of abusing his daughter. The woman then showed the officer a bruise on the baby's face.

The officers took the woman and her baby to a nearby hospital. Doctors discovered that besides the large bruise on the left side of the baby's face she also had a burn mark on the palm of her hand.

Doctors said that it could have been caused by a cigarette.

As the child was being examined at the hospital, Deaquino arrived and was placed under arrest. When interviewed by detectives, he allegedly admitted to biting his newborn baby to stop her from crying.

Deaquino was charged with two counts of third-degree assault, risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct. He is being held on $35,000 bond.

Two women steal people's identities to buy breast implants

(Scroll down for video) Two women and three men were arrested for their elaborate identity theft scheme.

Police in Houston, Texas, said that the group found boxes of old leasing records while looking for an apartment.

Police said that when two of the men were looking to lease an apartment, when they were shown an apartment on Old Farm Road near Westheimer.

The men noticed a storage facility on the property that had several boxes of leasing records with people’s names and identifications.

The men came back later that night, and stole the boxes.

Police said that the two women, who were identified as Devante Ruffin and Jamonte Booker, used random people’s lines of credit to get breast implants for themselves.

Police also said that in less than a month, the group used the identities of 7 different people to purchase luxury cars at eight different car dealerships.

They bought 12 luxury cars for a total of $485,136. Police said that the salesman at one of the dealerships, Obinna Uzozie, became suspicious of the group.

However, rather than reporting the identity theft, he offered to supply them with passports so that they look more legitimate.

Uzozie was arrested along with Joel Cruz, Darion Wells, and the two women.

Police were also able to recover all the stolen cars, and returned them to the dealerships. Police believe that the dealerships had no idea that they were being scammed.

Teenager seen having sex with man on top of car at dealership

(Scroll down for video) A teenager was caught having sex in public with a grown man.

The couple of Florida, was arrested on Tuesday, after they were seen having sex on top of a car at a car dealership in West Palm Beach, police said.

A passerby spotted the couple “test driving” a Kia Sedona. When the couple saw the man looking at them, the allegedly began screaming at him.

The couple then got off the car and went to grab their clothes.

The passerby called police about 3:00 a.m. Officers responded to the Mike’s Auto Sales located at 8000 S. Dixie Highway, and found the couple inside the car, which did not belong to either of them, according to a police report.

Police arrested Erin Byrd, 18, and Ramon Mitchell, 29 after the witness said that he spotted the two having sex in public and they were heard moaning loudly.

According to police, Mitchell spit in the face of a female police officer after he was placed in handcuffs.

The owner of the car dealership arrived and reportedly told police that he did not authorize anyone to be on his property after the business was closed.

Byrd and Mitchell were each charged with lewd and lascivious behavior, trespassing and auto theft.

Mitchell faces an additional charge of assault on a law enforcement officer. Byrd was released from the Palm Beach County jail, while Mitchell is being held on $11,000 bail.
