|Comcast bill naming customer a “Super B***h”|
(Scroll down for video) An elderly woman in Illinois, is angry after receiving a bill from Comcast on which she was labeled as a “Super B***h.”
63-year-old Mary Bauer of Addison, said that she had been having problems with her cable television service for years, and technicians had to visit her home around 40 times to make repairs.
Bauer said that recently, she stopped getting her monthly bills in the mail. This week, when she finally received a bill, she was shocked to see that it was addressed to “Super B***h.”
Bauer said that she always paid her bill on time, and she has no idea why someone would do this to her. Bauer said that she will not pay this bill until the company corrects her name.
Comcast called the woman and apologized for the incident. They also offered her six months of free service. Bauer however, told the company that she still wanted to know why her named was changed.
That is when the representative of Comcast, offered the woman two years of free service.
