Mother kicks her young daughter in front of police while drunk on hand sanitizer

A mother was arrested on charges of child endangerment after allegedly kicking her young daughter while being drunk on hand sanitizer, police in Iowa said.

The West Des Moines Police Department said that they have arrested 48-year-old Jennifer Jane Olney, after being accused of kicking her daughter.

She was charged on Tuesday, with child endangerment and other crimes.

According to the police investigation, officers responded to a report of medication and rubbing alcohol overdose at the residence of Olney.

Police said that they realized she was acting aggressively and slurred her speech. Officers determined that she could not care for her daughter.

Olney was ordered to either check herself into a hospital or turn her daughter over to human services. Olney responded by kicking her daughter, police said.

Olney's daughter was left in the care of her grandfather. She was booked into jail and her bail was set at $3,000.

Man passes time on trains by pleasuring himself in front of female passengers

Police are looking to arrest a man on charges of indecent exposure after being scene pleasuring himself on trains in front of women, police in the United Kingdom said.

British Transport Police have released the photo of the suspect, saying that they would like to speak to him after a video was posted on a social media website, which shows him acting inappropriately on a train.

Officers believe that the indecent act took place while the train was at or near the Blackfriars station.

Detective Sergeant Margaret Storey said: “We have been made aware of a video posted online that appears to show a man touching himself inappropriately. Officers are currently analyzing the video, and are appealing for the person who recorded it to come forward.”

“We are unsure when the incident happened and at what time, but I believe that the man in the photo can help us with our investigation, and would urge him to make himself known to us,” Storey added.

Woman falls unconscious after being hit by a raw egg while standing outside a bar

Police are looking to arrest a man on charges of assault after a woman was attacked by a raw egg before falling unconscious, police in Washington said.

Seattle Police said that the young woman was knocked unconscious early on Tuesday morning, when she was hit with the egg that was thrown from a passing vehicle.

She and several of her friends were standing outside a bar near Northwest 85th Street and 15th Avenue Northwest, when someone in the vehicle threw several eggs at the group, according to police.

One of the eggs hit the woman behind her ear, knocking her unconscious. Her friends caught her as she fell to the ground and took her to a hospital, police said.

Witnesses, including an employee of the bar, who was also hit by an egg, described the vehicle as a small black green truck with tinted windows.

So far, no arrests have been made.

3-year-old freezes to death after walking out on the street wearing only a diaper (video)

(Scroll down for video) A little boy died after walking out on the street in middle of the night in freezing temperatures, police in Canada said.

Toronto Police said that 3-year-old Elijah Marsh, died after he was found outside in the freezing temperatures hours after wandering away from his house.

Marsh was found unconscious on Thursday morning about 300 meters away from his apartment. He was spotted by volunteers in the backyard of a house on Baycrest Avenue around 10:00 a.m.

He was taken to the North York General Hospital, where was pronounced dead.

More than 100 police officers conducted a frantic search for the child, who was seen on surveillance video wandering outside an apartment building on Neptune Drive around 4:00 a.m.

Police said that the child was put to bed around 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, and was reported missing around 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, when his family woke up and could not find him.

He was wearing a diaper and winter boots when he left the building.

Wife throws hamburger at her husband’s face while out on date at restaurant

A woman was arrested on charges of domestic assault after allegedly throwing a hamburger at her husband's face, police in Missouri said.

Arnold Police said that they have arrested the 27-year-old woman of Imperial, after allegedly throwing a hamburger with chili at her husband at the Steak 'n' Shake restaurant.

According to the police investigation, around 5:00 a.m. on Thursday, they received a call about a disturbance at the restaurant.

Officers who arrived at the scene, learned that the woman threw a burger at the husband’s face and chili on his chest. The 31-year-old husband was not injured.

The woman and the man were estranged and they had agreed to meet at the restaurant to talk, but at some point, things turned violent.

The woman was booked into jail and released without bail.

Female attorney attempts to seduce cab driver

(Scroll down for video) A woman was caught on camera attempting to seduce a taxi driver, who is in a committed relationship with another woman.

34-year-old Jennifer Gaubert of New Orleans, Louisiana, asked a taxi cab driver to take her home while she was drunk.

The taxi driver, Hervey Farrell, recorded the woman as she was trying to seduce him. The cellphone video taken by the driver caught Gaubert, who works as an attorney, suggestively pulling her underwear and lifting her dress.

She repeatedly referred to the man as “baby” and begged him to “please” make out with her. Farrell however, rejected her advances, and told the woman that he has a girlfriend and that he is faithful to his woman.

Gaubert responded that she too has a boyfriend.

A year after the incident, Farrell was arrested after Gaubert lied to authorities and told police that he threatened to make the video public unless she gave him $60,000.

She claimed that when she refused to hand over such a large sum of money, he asked for $1,000 for the video to remain private.

She also alleged in a complaint to the police that he recorded her without her permission.

Prosecutors dropped the charges against the driver after Gaubert failed to produce the email containing the alleged claim of extortion.

The driver filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against Gaubert and the city. Gaubert was arrested, charged and convicted of criminal mischief.

She was sentenced to a 1-day suspended in jail and 1 day of inactive probation.

Couple pours beer down 1-year-old boy’s throat and slaps him for throwing up

A 1-year-old boy was forced to consume alcohol and was slapped when he vomited.

The mother and her boyfriend of Louisiana, were arrested after the man had forced the beer down the throat of the 1-year-old child and the mother hit the boy because he vomited.

Krysten Verdin, 23, and Brett Flower, 24, were charged with cruelty to a child after partygoers reported them to the Department of Children's Services, the Slidell Police Department said.

Witnesses at the family gathering told authorities that on more than one occasion, the boyfriend poured beer down the child's throat.

The boy then gagged and vomited, witnesses said. The mother became agitated with her son and slapped him in the back of the head, causing him to fall to the floor.

According to Detective Daniel Seuzeneau, Flower admitted to forcing the boy to consume beer, but he “thought it would be funny.”

Housekeeper burned with blowtorch after being accused of stealing from owner

(Scroll down for video) A housekeeper was kidnapped, burned and beaten by her employer after being accused of stealing from them.

54-year-old Daisy Machuea was working for a couple in Queens, New York, when she was accused of stealing money and jewelry from her employer, police said on Thursday.

Devanand Lachman, 32, and his wife, Ambar Lachman, 31, who is pregnant, demanded she return the stolen money and jewelry.

When Machuea said that she did not take anything, the man and his friend began torturing the woman while Ambar Lachman watched the acts.

The men burned Machuca’s leg with a blowtorch and punched her on the wounds. They beat the woman, and ordered her to confess and return the stolen money.

The men then placed a knife to her throat and punched her in the head, chest and legs all the while demanding their money.

Machuca told the men that she did not take their money but she has money in the apartment. The couple along with their friend drove the victim to her apartment while holding their knives at her side and ordered her to hand over her money.

Machuca’s roommate, Oscar Ramirez, 60, was in the house at the time. The men warned him that if he moved they will kill Machuca.

The three people then trashed her apartment, but they did not find any money.

When they finally left, Machuca called police. She was taken to a hospital and the couple was arrested.

Devanand Lachman is being held without bail. His wife’s bail was set at $50,000.

Police are still looking for the third suspect, who is said to be a 6-foot-tall man and around 32 years old.

Elderly man assaults 79-year-old roommate for eating all the ice cream

An elderly man was arrested on charges of assault after allegedly assaulting his roommate with headphones because he ate all the ice cream, police in Massachusetts said.

Richmond Police said that they have arrested 65-year-old Adrian Holmes, after being accused of attacking his 79-year-old roommate during an argument over ice cream.

According to the police investigation, Holmes was furious after his roommate came home with ice cream, but did not want to share with him.

Holmes pulled off the victim’s headphone and beat him with them.

The victim, who said that Holmes had been drinking, tried to escape to another room, but Holmes began hitting him in the behind.

The victim quickly pulled a gun and threatened to shoot Holmes in the groin if he did not leave him alone. In court, Holmes pleaded not guilty to one count of felony assault and battery on a person over 60 years.

Holmes was released without bail. Holmes denied the allegations, saying that the victim is exaggerating.

Parents lock up their daughter for 6 years because they didn’t like her boyfriend

A couple is facing charges of kidnapping after locking up their adult daughter for 6 years because they didn’t like her boyfriend, police in China said.

The cruel parents locked up their daughter, 24-year-old Zhang Qi, after they forced her to dump her boyfriend.

Even though she told her parents that her relationship had ended. Qi tried several times to escape before they told everyone that she was mentally ill and confined in their own property in Jingang, Hubei, for her own protection.

Neighbors who knew about the locked up woman failed to call the police out of fear of the parents. The incident came to light after one resident moved away from the area and decided to call the police.

The resident last saw the woman laying on a pile of straw with a couple of blankets and some food around. He told police that the parents were treating their daughter like an animal.

He also uploaded photos of the woman on the Internet. Police raided the home and rescued Qi. So far, no charges have been filed against the parents.

Firefighter boasts about killing 2 dogs and uploads pictures of them laying lifeless on Facebook (video)

(Scroll down for video) A firefighter is facing criminal charges after boasting about killing two of his neighbor's dogs because they came onto his property, police in Texas said.

The volunteer firefighter in Hunt County, has resigned after the photos of the two dogs laying dead on his property went viral on the Internet.

The dogs are seen laying lifeless on a snow-covered lawn. The firefighter also said that he warned his neighbors about the dogs, but they did not heed to his warnings.

The Union Valley Fire Department said that one of their volunteers is behind the brutal killing of the dogs.

Pulido Rodrigo, the owner of the two dogs named Spike and Gordo, said that he found out about their deaths after seeing the photos on Facebook.

Rodrigo denied getting a warning from the firefighter about his dogs. The firefighter, Tim Conatser, is facing animal cruelty charges.

Conatser claims that the dogs attacked his cows before shooting them.

People flee packed movie theater after young woman vomits and soils herself while watching Fifty Shades of Grey

Movie goers in the United Kingdom, who packed a theater to watch Fifty Shades of Grey, fled in disgust after a young woman vomited and soiled herself.

The woman who attended a screening of Fifty Shades of Grey in Milton Keynes, was so drunk that she vomited repeatedly during the screening of the movie.

She vomited on the floor of the theater and lost control of her bowels and bladder, spreading a horrible smell throughout the room.

Theater employees then decided to evacuate the place for a thorough cleaning. Movie goers attending the screening received full refunds after the evacuation.

Last week, three women stabbed a man with broken glass during a screening of Fifty Shades of Grey because he told them to keep quiet.

The women were arrested and charged with assault.

Heartless man abandons his wife because she gave birth to an armless baby

A woman in Nigeria, is appealing for help after her heartless husband dumped her because she gave birth to an armless baby.

Mudashiru Sheriffdeen, a bus driver in Ogun State, abandoned his wife Taiwo, and has disappeared.

Taiwo said that not only did her husband run away, her family abandoned her as well because she gave birth to the armless baby.

Taiwo and her baby are now homeless after the Majotal Medical Clinic, where she gave birth, threw her out and the landlord banned her from entering his home with the baby.

Taiwo gave birth to the armless baby on Monday, drawing thousands of curious onlookers who wanted to get a glimpse of the strange-looking child.

The baby boy is Taiwo’s first child. Taiwo said that she doesn’t want the baby and urged for someone to adopt him.

Man burns down his home after pregnant girlfriend refused to have sex

A pregnant woman was left homeless after her boyfriend burned down their house.

Police are looking to arrest 28-year-old Aminodin Macadaag, after he burned his house because his partner refused to have sex with him.

The woman, who is five months pregnant, said that she got into an argument after he refused to pick up rice from his grandmother’s house.

The woman of the Philippines, said that she refused to have sex because she angry with her boyfriend over the rice.

The woman said that she ran away from their home when she saw Macadaag with a knife in his hand. She became afraid when he threatened to burn their house so she left the area.

She returned to the home around 1:00 a.m., to find their home burned to the ground. The woman was forced to move in with relatives.

Police are looking for Macadaag who went missing after setting the house of fire.

Judge seizes billionaire's luxury cars and keeps one for himself

A judge in Brazil, was caught driving a luxury car, which he seized from a billionaire.

The judge was presiding over criminal proceedings against Eike Batista, who was once Brazil's richest man.

Judge Flavio Roberto de Souza, who oversees Batista's trial for insider trading, was caught driving the billionaire’s white Porsche Cayenne, after he ordered it to be seized.

The Porsche was one of a number of luxury vehicles seized by police earlier this month, after the court order by judge de Souza.

Authorities seized the car due to concerns that Batista had been selling or donating assets that were frozen as part of the insider trading case.

After the judge was caught driving the car to his home and was asked why he was driving it, he allegedly said: "The Federal Police did not have a safe place to store the car and it was exposed to rain, sun, and possible damage. I took it to an enclosed parking space in the building where I live.”

The cars were supposed to be put up for auction this week, but Batista's lawyer secured an injunction to stop the sale.

Court officials have now requested that judge de Souza recuse himself from the billionaire’s case, a federal prosecutor said.

Student burns himself alive after his father told him to stop playing video games

A young man is dead after setting himself on fire following an argument with his father.

22-year-old Hsueh Jun-Chen of Fenyuan, Taiwan, burned himself alive after his father told him to stop playing video games and sleep more.

Chen was in his room at his family’s home when his father, Liu, 48, knocked on his door and told him to go to sleep.

The two got into a heated argument and the father told his son that he was tired of him playing video games and he wanted his son to stop.

The next day, Liu realized that his son was not in his room.

He went to the garage to see if he was out on his motorcycle.

The bike was still in the garage, but the father noticed that two cans of gasoline were missing. He immediately feared the worst and went looking for his son.

The father found his son’s charred body about 300 meters from their home with the empty cans of gasoline next to him.

His father was devastated over the death, and said that he was shocked that his son “went over the edge” when he asked him to stop playing video games.

Friends and staff at the Chienkuo University of Technology, where Jun-Chen studied, expressed their shock after hearing the news.

Professor Li Hong said that Jun-Chen was a brilliant guy, very intelligent and always did well in class.

Woman punches her 24-year-old boyfriend in the private parts

A woman is accused punching her boyfriend in the private parts.

Danielle Pearman, 29, of Florida, was arrested around 5:00 a.m., at the Bradenton residence, which she shared with the victim.

Pearman was charged with domestic assault after punching the victim while he was in bed.

The 24-year-old victim told police that he has been dating and living with Pearman for the about eight months.

He said that they got into a verbal argument about their relationship before Pearman punched him in the right eye.

He then went to bed and Pearman followed him. Once he was in bed, Pearman pulled the covers off of him, tried to push him off and punched him in the private parts, according to the police report.

Pearman was booked into the Manatee County jail on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge.

Woman sues herself for killing her husband in car crash (video)

(Scroll down for video) A Court in Utah, ruled that a woman can legally sue herself over the death of her husband.

The woman of Salt Lake City, is both the plaintiff and the defendant in a wrongful death lawsuit concerning her late husband.

Barbara Bagley drove a Range Rover in the Nevada desert when her car overturned. Her husband, Bradley Vom Baur flew out of the vehicle, suffered serious injuries and died about two weeks later in a hospital.

Barbara Bagley, 48, suffered a concussion, broken ribs, a broken wrist and two punctured lungs. One of her dogs ran away from the scene and was found in the desert 53 days after the crash.

Now, the court has ruled that Bagley, who represents her late husband’s estate, can sue herself in connection with the fatal accident for wrongful death.

In court documents, Bagley accuses herself of being negligent by not failing to maintain a proper lookout and to keep her vehicle under proper control.

She seeks an unspecified amount of money in damages, including medical and funeral expenses, loss of financial support, and loss of love and companionship.

Bagley hopes that by finding herself guilty of wrongful death, the insurance company will be forced to pay her husband’s medical bills and funeral costs.

The case was dismissed last year, but was recently reinstated by the Utah Appeals Court.
