A man was arrested on charges of vandalism after allegedly pleasuring himself on more than 100 women while riding on crowded trains, police in Japan said.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Police said that they arrested 40-year-old Tetsuya Fukuda on Thursday, after police matched his DNA to bodily fluids found on the skirt of an 18-year-old woman who was riding on a crowded train.

Around 110 similar incidents on trains in Tokyo, were reported over the past few years. Fukuda admitted wiping his fluids on female passengers about 2 or 3 times a month since 2011.

He became a suspect late last year, after the 18-year-old student filed a complaint with the police. Fukuda cut holes in the pockets of his jacket so that he could discreetly pleasure himself while riding the crowded trains.

He told investigators that he gets excited when riding on crowded trains with women. He has been charged with vandalism for damaging the woman’s skirt.

He also attacked her with a chair. The Flintshire Magistrate’s Court sentenced Davies to 26 weeks in jail. He was also banned from entering the B and M Bargains store for 5 years.

(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested after he impregnated his stepdaughter and then took her mother away so that she doesn't learn of the rape.

39-year-old Jondrew Lachaux of Las Vegas, Nevada, is accused of impregnating his 17-year-old stepdaughter.

He then abandoned the girl, who gave birth alone at home.

Lachaux is married to the mother of the teenager, 38-year-old Kellie Phillips. The couple has 6 children together, while the teenager is from another relationship.

Lachaux allegedly sexually assaulted the teenager and she became pregnant.

Lachaux then decided to take Phillips on a road trip in California, for more than six months. They rented a vehicle that does not have enough space for the whole family so they left the pregnant teenager home with her 3-year-old sister.

Police said that the couple left the teenager with food and medicine for the 3-year-old girl, who had breathing trouble.

While they couple was away, the teenager gave birth in her mother’s bed.

She did not get medical help and she did not take the newborn to the hospital.

Police said that the teenager ran out of food and began to suffer from malnutrition along with her baby and 3-year-old sister.

Sadly, a short time later, the teen’s 3-year-old sister died in her care. The cause of death is under investigation.

When Lachaux came home, he kicked his stepdaughter out of the home and booked her and her baby into a motel. Someone spotted the teenager with her baby wandering close to an airport and called police.

Her mother did not know that she had given birth.

Lachaux faces three counts of child abuse with substantial bodily harm or death, and one count of destroying or concealing evidence. His bail was set at $1 million.

Phillips, who surrendered to police, faces two counts of child abuse with substantial bodily harm or death, for leaving her 3-year-old daughter in the care of a minor over a long period of time.

The couple’s 5 children, aged between 1 and 9 years old, are now in the custody of Child Protective Services.

The 17-year-old girl might face charges of child abuse with substantial bodily harm or death and one count of destroying or concealing evidence.

Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson is unsure if charging the 17-year-old girl is the right way to go. “She's a juvenile. Does she need services? Does she need treatment by the juvenile system? Or should she be punished for her actions?” Wolfson said.

A cab driver in New York, was ordered to pay a lesbian couple because he told them to stop making out in his car.

Mohammed Dahbi was ordered to pay the lesbian couple
$10,000 for discrimination.

Dahbi, who is a married father of 4 children and has worked as a cab driver for the past 17 years, said that the women were kissing and fondling each other when he asked them to stop.

Dahbi is accused of telling the women to “keep that behavior for the bedroom or get out of the cab.”

The city’s Commission on Human Rights brought the complaint against Dahbi on behalf of Christy Spitzer and Kassie Thornton.

Dahbi told the judge that he is not anti-gay, and that in fact, he helps at a soup kitchen, which serves gay homeless people.

Dahbi said that he found their behavior “distracting” and feared it would make him have an accident. He said that he also asks straight couples not to make out in his car as it is distracting.

The women however, testified that they only kissed with a “peck on the lips because Spitzer just had massive dental work done.”

When the women did not feel comfortable in the cab, they got out and took off without paying. Dahbi then called them derogatory names and sped off, according to Judge John Spooner’s decision.

Spooner ordered Dahbi to pay the lesbian women $10,000. He also ordered him to attend anti-discrimination training and to pay a $5,000 civil penalty to the city.

Dahbi's lawyer, Ali Najmi, said that he had never mentioned anything about the couple’s sexuality and has a “standard of decency.”

Najmi is planning to appeal the case and said that “the fine amount is completely unfair given that there was no real injury here.”

A man was sentenced to a whopping 16 life sentences in prison.

42-year-old Karriem Barrow of New York, was sentenced on Wednesday, after he committed a number of armed robberies with his cousin.

Barrow was accused of robbing 7 banks and a restaurant in a period of two months, U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara said.

The duo robbed a restaurant in the Bronx and banks in Cortlandt Manor, Briarcliff Manor, White Plains, Bronxville and Mahopac, Bharara said, netting them more than $187,000.

Barrow and his accomplice Carl Farrington, 35, were nicknamed “the polite bandits” because they would routinely thank their victims and say goodbye after robbing the place.

Farrington made a plea deal with prosecutors and he became the star witness at a 9-day federal trial in which Barrow was convicted of 18 charges related to theft.

Judge Kenneth Karas sentenced Barrow to 16 life sentences because he had two previous convictions of armed robbery.

A judge ordered to take away the second child born to a father and daughter as part of an incestuous relationship, according to court documents in Oregon.

49-year-old Eric Lee Gates and his daughter, 25-year-old Chalena Mae Moody, had asked the appeals court of Oregon, to overturn a decision by Judge Valeri Love, who ordered to commit the baby to the State Department of Human Services for placement in foster care.

State workers took the baby into custody four days after the birth.

Gates is serving a prison sentence of six months for violating his probation by moving in with his daughter after being convicted of incest.

Moody convicted of the same charge last month, and sentenced to 10 days in jail. She was also placed on 18 months probation.

Gates and Moody are prohibited from contacting each other while on probation.

Last year, they moved in together in an apartment in Klamath Falls after living in Springfield, where detectives had learned that both had sexual contact and had a child.

Their second child was born more recently. Both children have numerous medical problems and are now in state custody.

Judge Love agreed with the Department of Human Services that the children’s welfare was at risk due to substance abuse and mental health problems.

Gates was not the custodial parent of Moody during her childhood. When they realized their genetic connection a few years ago, their relationship became sexual.

Moody has a third child who was also taken into state custody.

(Scroll down for video) A mother in the United Kingdom, is fuming after airport security took away her breast milk that she prepared to feed her baby.

Actress Alyssa Milano, 42, vented her frustration with airport security on Twitter.

Milano was at the Heathrow airport in London, when bottles of pumped breast milk were confiscated as she passed through security.

Milano had no choice but to pump new breast milk while flying on a plane. Milano needed the milk for her 7-month-old daughter Elizabella Dylan.

Milano was told that she would be allowed to carry bottles of breast milk if her baby flew with her. Airport security tested her shampoos if they were safe, but they threw the milk in the trash.

Heathrow security officials said that without a baby present, the government requires that all liquids in hand luggage to be less than 100 ml per bottle.

“They said that they would let the pumped milk through if I had the baby with me. Why would I need to pump if I had the baby with me? Why can you test my toiletries to make sure they are safe but you have to throw away my breast milk?” Milano wrote on Twitter.
