A man was arrested on charges of vandalism after allegedly pleasuring himself on more than 100 women while riding on crowded trains, police in Japan said.
The Tokyo Metropolitan Police said that they arrested 40-year-old Tetsuya Fukuda on Thursday, after police matched his DNA to bodily fluids found on the skirt of an 18-year-old woman who was riding on a crowded train.
Around 110 similar incidents on trains in Tokyo, were reported over the past few years. Fukuda admitted wiping his fluids on female passengers about 2 or 3 times a month since 2011.
He became a suspect late last year, after the 18-year-old student filed a complaint with the police. Fukuda cut holes in the pockets of his jacket so that he could discreetly pleasure himself while riding the crowded trains.
He told investigators that he gets excited when riding on crowded trains with women. He has been charged with vandalism for damaging the woman’s skirt.
