11-year-old boy arrested for assaulting his classroom garbage can

An 11-year-old boy has been arrested for the second time, and is now a convicted felon.

Kayleb Moon-Robinson of Virginia, got into trouble one day, and his a teacher began yelling at him for misbehaving.

In a fit of anger, Moon-Robinson, who was diagnosed with autism, kicked a garbage can. He did not touch the teacher or another student, just the garbage can in his classroom.

When the school resource officer witnessed Moon-Robinson attacking the garbage can, he arrested the child. Rather than taking the 6th grader to the principal's office, he was dragged to jail.

Kaleb, who attends the Linkhorne Middle School, was arrested, charged and convicted of disorderly conduct in juvenile court.

A few weeks later, Kaleb was accused of breaking another rule at school, and he was punished. Moon-Robinson was forced to remain in the classroom until all other students left at the end of each period.

However, Moon-Robinson left the classroom before all other students. The principal then called the same officer to deal with him.

The officer allegedly grabbed the boy as if he was a criminal. In response, Moon-Robinson pushed the officer. That is when the officer placed him in handcuffs and he was arrested for the second time.

Moon-Robinson was convicted of felony assault on a police officer. At just 11 years old, this young boy became a convicted felon.

Angry mother places teacher in headlock while students kick her until she falls unconscious

(Scroll down for video) A mother stormed into a school and beat her daughter’s teacher.

Annika McKenzie, 34, of New York, and her teenage niece, were arrested after choking, punching and kicking a teacher unconscious inside a high school in Hempstead, Long Island, authorities said.

McKenzie allegedly ambushed the math teacher at the Alverta B. Gray Schultz Middle School after claiming that the teacher put his hands on her 12-year-old daughter.

McKenzie walked past a security checkpoint and waited for Catherine Engelhardt to leave her classroom.

When the 22-year veteran came out of her classroom, McKenzie shoved her to a wall and placed her in a headlock.

The teacher fell to the floor and students began kicking her while she was unconscious.

The entire incident was captured on school surveillance video.

McKenzie’s 14-year-old niece was among the group of students who kicked the teacher. She was also arrested.
McKenzie was charged with second-degree assault and strangulation. Her bail was set at $5,000.

Her niece, who was not identified, was charged as a juvenile.

Engelhardt was treated at an area hospital before being released.

11-year-old boy uses gun to rob man who was walking his dog

A young boy was arrested on charges of armed robbery after allegedly trying to rob a man using a BB gun, police in Louisiana said.

New Orleans Police said that they arrested the 11-year-old boy on Wednesday morning, after arming himself with a BB gun and robbing a pedestrian who was walking his dog.

Police said that the boy pulled the gun and robbed the man near the corner of Forshey and Short streets around 7:45 a.m. The boy had his face covered with a gray sweatshirt.

He asked the man for directions, and then demanded money. The man gave the child directions, but refused to hand over any money.

That is when he pulled out his gun. The suspect demanded the man to empty his pockets. The man wrestled the gun away from the child, and the suspect fled on foot.

The man called police, who arrested the child.

Heart surgeon attempts to kill rival in order to eliminate his competition

(Scroll down for video) A heart surgeon was arrested on charges of conspiracy after allegedly trying to kill his rival in order to eliminate his competition, police in New York said.

Cardiologist Anthony J. Moschetto, 54, of Long Island, ran his practice for more than 25 years.

The New York Police Department said that Moschetto sought to have his rival injured or killed in a plot that was discovered during a drug investigation.

Moschetto is also accused of burning the office of his rival. He hired an undercover police officer in a failed attempt to hurt or kill Martin Handler, police said.

Moschetto now faces several charges, including conspiracy and arson. He was charged on Wednesday, and his bail was set at $2 million.

Moschetto used drugs, guns and blank prescriptions as currency while trying to incapacitate the other doctor.

Moschetto was willing to pay $5,000 to beat his rival and put him in the hospital for a couple of month.

He also agreed to pay $20,000 to have him killed. He wanted to put him out of business so he could get his clients. In Moschetto’s home, police found dozens of knives, guns and hand grenades.

Police officer locks up 2 women for 4 days without any charges

(Scroll down for video) A police officer in Michigan, was slapped with a lawsuit after allegedly locking up two women for several days without filing any charges, according to court documents.

Highland Park Police Officer Ronald Dupuis, has been accused by 2 women of locking them up for four days without charging them with a crime.

Rhianna Turner and her partner Kera Hill said that as a result of the unlawful arrest, they are completely terrified from any law enforcement officers.

The lawsuit names Dupuis and the city of Highland Park.

The women are seeking compensation, claiming that their constitutional rights were violated as the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments calls for not arresting people without any probable cause.

The incident unfolded while Turner worked as a uniformed Parking Enforcement Officer. Her partner Hill, approached and they began to playfully fight over a set of keys.

Dupuis stopped to intervene. Despite the explanations of the couple that they were playing, Dupuis arrested them. They were held in custody for four days before being released without charges.

As a result of the arrest, Turner lost her job.

Man accidentally sends his girlfriend video showing him having sex with their dog

A woman called police on her boyfriend after he sent her a video, which showed him having sex with a dog, prosecutors in the United Kingdom said.

Now, 34-year-old David Buchanan of Fairford, pleaded guilty to one count of sexual assault at the Swindon Magistrate’s Court.

The man’s girlfriend was at work when she received on her mobile phone a 29-second video clip. She opened the video and saw her boyfriend having sex with their dog.

When he was arrested, he told officers that he knew he had done something wrong and it was stupid. Buchanan told investigators that he was home alone and wanted to know how it felt to have sex with a dog.

Buchanan was ordered to register as a sex offender for seven years.

He also received a 12-week suspended sentence for two years, 50 days of rehabilitation, 85 pounds ($127) in fines and 80 pounds ($120) victim surcharge costs.

2 young children die after accidentally riding kid-sized ATV into pond

(Scroll down for video) Two families were left devastated after their children died in an ATV accident.

2 young boys were riding a kids size all-terrain vehicle (ATV) when they drove into a pond in California.

The two boys were playing together as their father’s did some yard work nearby.

The boys were identified as 5-year-old Blake Lee Cronkhite and Jayden Secrest, 3.

The boys of Placer County, which is near Sacramento, were driving the vehicle at the 5-year-old boy’s home as their fathers did yard work in the late afternoon.

The boys rode around the property. One of the men became alarmed when he realized he could no longer hear the engine of the four wheeler.

They went to search for the boys and soon discovered them in a pond on the property.

The men removed the children from the water and perform CPR on them. They were transported by helicopter to the UC Davis Medical Center.

Sadly, doctors were unable to save either of the children and they were pronounced dead.

Neither parent has been cited in the accident. California laws mandate adult supervision of children, and a law bans ATVs to be driven by someone under 14 years old. However, the law does not apply to private property, which is where this tragic accident took place.

Woman sells hugs to pay for sick boyfriend’s transplant surgery

A woman in China, took to the streets to offer men hugs for money.

She took the desperate measures to cover a medical bill for her boyfriend’s surgery.

Internet users across the country were touched by the woman’s love and devotion to her boyfriend after photos were uploaded to the Internet, showing the woman offering hugs for money.

The young woman who was identified as Yuanyuan, appeared on the streets of Sanhe, Hebei. She had a sign, which stated that she offered a hug for 10 yuan (about $1.50) to pay for medical bills.

Yuanyuan said that her boyfriend, Jia, needs a bone marrow transplant, and was asked for 250,000 yuan (about $40,000) as deposit.

Unable to pay the fee, Yuanyuan came up with a way to make money and get donations, buy offering hugs to strangers.

When Jia heard what Yuanyuan was doing for him on the streets, he went to see her and asked her to stop.

Witnesses said that the two got into a heated argument on the street before both broke down, cried and hugged each other.

(Scroll down for video) A police officer in New Mexico, was arrested on a host of charges after forcing a teenage girl to sit on his lap.

23-year-old Clayton Montoya was charged with false imprisonment, aggravated assault and battery.

The affidavit states that the 17-year-old girl's mother contacted the New Mexico State Police in Las Vegas, New Mexico, to report the alleged incident.

According to the document, the girl said that she was temporarily left alone with officer Montoya, while working in her family cafe when the incident occurred.

The victim knew the officer since he was the cousin of her best friend.

After taking his order, Montoya started talking to the girl.

During the conversation, Montoya allegedly pulled his stun gun, activated it and pointed the laser light at the midsection of the girl’s body.

She told police that Montoya laughed, and then turned the Taser away from her and pulled the trigger. Montoya then allegedly grabbed her hips and forced her to sit on his lap.

The victim told police that she felt the officer's stun gun on her hip and was scared. When she tried to get up, Montoya grabbed her and forced her back down on his lap.

When the mother of the girl came back into the cafe, she saw her daughter sitting on Montoya’s lap. She said that the girl immediately stood up and looked like she was waiting for the opportunity to get away from the officer.

The mother ordered the officer to leave, and he did.

Montoya was arrested after police were notified of the allegations of criminal misconduct.

Girl kicked out from school because her hair is too red

A girl in the United Kingdom, is devastated after being kicked out from school because her hair is too red.

17-year-old Emily Reay was about to take her exams in school when she was removed.

Reay has natural auburn hair. After returning from a vacation, teachers at the Trinity School in Carlisle, prohibited her from attending classes until she colors her hair.

Reay said that she refused to dye her hair brown. She offered to pin up her hair, but the teachers refused. Her mother Julie, is equally furious about the ban.

The policy of the school states no unnatural hair colors like blue or green. There is no mention about red.

(Scroll down for video) A woman was kicked off a plane after poking a man with a pen because he snored, police in Illinois said.

The Chicago Police Department said that the woman was removed from the SouthWest Airlines flight on Thursday afternoon, after being accused of poking her seatmate with a pen to stop him from snoring before takeoff at Midway Airport.

The female passenger on flight 577, poked the person in the seat next to her with a pen, ruining his shirt. The woman was removed from the flight and the plane took off on time.

No one was injured. According to the airline’s spokesperson, the woman was placed on the next flight. The woman was not identified, and no charges were filed.

The victim was identified as Lenny Madarsk. The flight originated in Los Angeles, California, and was headed to Manchester, New Hampshire.
