(Scroll down for video) A beer company received approval from the Oregon Environmental Quality Commission to use filtered wastewater to produce beer.

The light yellow lager beer will be brewed by home brewers using recycled wastewater.

Clean Water Services of Oregon, said it hopes to show consumers soon how pure recycled wastewater really is. Drinking recycled wastewater is quite common in some parts of the world, but to a lesser degree in the United States.

Clean Water Services said that they are proud of its recycling system and applied to the Commission on Environmental Quality to be allowed to brew beer.

Permission was granted on Wednesday.

Oregon Brew Crew now produces a wastewater beer and serves it at company events, but the final product will have to be approved by health and safety officials.

One health authority approved the idea, giving credit to the high quality of treated water, additional microbial reduction in the process of brewing and a low risk of health in general.

A dentist was slapped with a lawsuit after pulling out all of his patient's teeth for no reason, according to court documents in Germany.

Now, the dentist was ordered to pay 20,000 euros in compensation to the man who had all his teeth removed in an effort to cure his erectile dysfunction and schizophrenia.

The patient, who was identified as Alex S., thought that his teeth were destroying the flow of energy in his body.

The dentist, who boasts of being a recognized healer, claimed that he had to remove all off the teeth because he was suffering from inflammation of the bone and was allergic to the fillings.

An independent medical examination of the patient showed that this was false.

In fact, the inflammation did not start until after the dentist began removing all 19 of the patient's teeth, a process that lasted four weeks.

The dentist also claimed that the victim failed to pay him 50,000 euros for the dental work. The dentist said that he did not realize that his patient suffered from mental problems.

After the ruling, the dentist said that he is considering leaving dentistry behind.

A judge became extremely angry and cleared the courtroom after he sentenced a man to several months in jail, prosecutors in the United Kingdom said.

The public gallery of the courtroom in Mansfield, was cleared of people after someone loudly broke wind.

About 10 people had been watching the case at the Mansfield Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday afternoon, in which a man was being sentenced to prison for assault.

And as the judge ruled that the accused should spend the next few months behind bars, the embarrassing slip could be heard from behind the glass partition, separating the public from the court.

The laughter and the stink led to discontinuation of the proceedings, and as a result, everyone was ordered to leave the courtroom.

Once the room was disinfected, the sentencing continued.

41-year-old David John Dennett pleaded guilty to carrying an ax into a bar and assaulting a patron. No charges have been filed in the breaking wind case.

A teen in South Africa, committed suicide after a video that showed her having sex with two boys went viral on the Internet, according to an official of the Teddy Bear Clinic for Abused Children.

19-year-old Christina Fokona overdosed on her mother’s high blood pressure medication, doctors said.

Fokona switched schools and was ashamed to be seen outside after a video that showed her having sex with two boys at school was uploaded to the Internet.

She was only 15 years old when the video was recorded. The two sexual partners of Fokona, aged 14 and 16 at the time, were initially charged with rape.

The charges were dropped after Fokona admitted that the sex was consensual. The three were later charged with consensual sexual penetration.

According to the law, children between the ages of 12 and 15 cannot legally have sex. The charges were dropped after the teens joined a program.

Now, the Teddy Bear Clinic for Abused Children is asking government officials to annul the law that turns children having sex into criminals.

The organization is one of several trying to decriminalize consensual sexual acts between children aged 12 to 15. They argue that prosecution causes unnecessary trauma to the children.

Karen Gaynor of Rotherham, England, appeared in court on charges of causing criminal damage for trimming the tree.

Gaynor’s next door neighbors Michael and Kay Daye, filed a complaint with the South Yorkshire Police over the tree. The two women had a long-standing dispute over the boundaries of their properties.

Trevor Byrne
By: Mahesh Sarin

A man fired his legal team and represented himself in court when he asked a judge to put him back in prison.

The convicted rapist has asked to be put back in jail because he cannot comply with the conditions of his release.

32-year-old Trevor Byrne of Ireland, was sentenced to 8 years in prison with two years suspended for attempting to rob a 24-year-old woman just 14 hours after being released from prison, where he had served a sentence of 15 years for raping another woman.

When he was released from prison, he was under strict conditions, including to stay under close supervision by the probation service and abstain from alcohol.

Since his release, Byrne was returned to court in Dublin on numerous occasions. He was accused of breaching the terms of his suspended sentence.

He was jailed again for a period of six months after being caught with six cans of beer. Byrne said that he needed to stay away from drugs.

He was recently taken back to court by the Probation Services for not being in contact with his officer. Byrne shut off his phone and disappeared repeatedly without notifying his officer.

Byrne represented himself at the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court. He said that he had fired his legal team because “they do not comply with his instructions.”

He told Judge Patricia Ryan that he did not agree to have his life controlled 24/7. “I’m entitled to take a few days out of my life to get my head together. Every time I do better I seem to make things worse,” he told the judge.

The judge agreed to revoke the suspended sentence and he was led back to a jail cell by prison officials.

(Scroll down for video) A woman lost her appeal in court and must now forfeit her mansion.

The widow of a wealthy hotelier was found guilty of harboring an illegal immigrant for more than five years.

A court ordered the woman to forfeit her mansion with 34 rooms in New York, to the federal government because it housed an undocumented immigrant.

40-year-old Annie George challenged the order of a lower court to give up her home in Rexford. She claimed that loss of the house, called Llenroc, was a harsh punishment.

However, the judges of the Circuit Court of Appeals disagreed.

“When considering the gravity of her crime of which she was convicted, it does not demonstrate gross disproportionately,” Appeals Judge Reena Raggi wrote.

Authorities said the woman worked nonstop.

George, whose husband Krishnan Raghavan, 52, and son George Kolath, 11, died in a plane crash, hired Valsamma Mathai, 49, from India, to care for her 5 children.

Mathai was rescued by police after they were notified that the woman was being treated as a slave. She was forced to work from, 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., seven days a week with no time off, according to the court documents.

George did not pay Mathai her monthly salary over five years. Matha received only about $26,000 rather than the $317,000 she was owed.

Mathai said that she slept in a closet and was forbidden to leave the 30,000 square foot mansion overlooking the Mohawk River.

George claimed that she did not know Mathai was in the United States illegally.

Forfeiture is allowed by law in this case because she was convicted of harboring an illegal immigrant inside the mansion.
