A man vandalized police cars because officers parked in front of his house.

Russell ‘Rusty’ Moore of Florida, was arrested for criminal behavior after spray painting his name and initials on two police cars, according to an arrest affidavit.

Moore said that he was intoxicated at the time of the incident.

The incident occurred when Gulfport Police responded to a call in the area of ​​Moore’s home. They parked outside of his residence. Moore, 44, became angry that the officers parked near his home.

When questioned by police, he admitted that he sprayed the graffiti. “When they stopped in front of my house to go to the house of another person, I sat down on the sidewalk and painted my name on their vehicles,” Moore admitted.

Moore painted his nickname “Rusty,” on a door of one cruiser and his initial “R” on another cruiser in blue paint.

Police said that when they attempted to speak to Moore about the graffiti, he refused to come out of his house.

Instead, he threw the can of blue paint out the window to the waiting officers.

Police left and returned to Moore's house on a later date and arrested him for criminal mischief, Sgt. Thomas Woodman said.

“The paint was still wet when they found the graffiti. Officers immediately took it to the body shop and had it removed,” Woodman said. The damage cost police $140.

Moore was released from jail after posting $150 bail.

Mother uses 4-year-old boy to pass breathalyzer test so she can drive her car

(Scroll down for video) A man is angry after his son was seen blowing into a breathalyzer test for his wife.

The mother of Florida, was arrested after she used her 4-year-old son was to deceive her husband, who installed the breathalyzer in his car.

Police were called to a bar in Apopka, after a manager saw April King entering the bar and drink beer while her two children, ages 2 and 4, sat outside in her car.

When police arrived, King, who was at her car, told the officer that she had just arrived.

A video recorded by the officer’s body cam showed King’s 4-year-old son grabbing the breathalyzer and blowing into it.

King's husband said that he installed the breathalyzer because his wife has a drinking problem. He also said that she had been to a rehab a number of times.

“She returned home from rehab just 3 weeks ago, obviously she hasn’t learned anything from it,” the husband, Doug King, said.

“I think this is probably the best thing for her,” he added.

King was charged with child endangerment for leaving her children in the car. Police did not charge her with drunk driving because they could not prove that she was driving while intoxicated.

Students kidnap federal agent and hold him until OnStar contacted the car

(Scroll down for video) High school students were arrested for kidnapping a federal agent.

The 4 students were arrested for the carjacking and kidnapping of a Texas Border Patrol agent who was on vacation with his family in Florida, police said.

The 44-year-old agent was confronted at gunpoint as he was packing up his car at an Orlando hotel parking lot on Wednesday night.

The teens forced the agent into the back seat of his car. They pistol-whipped him, tied him up and stole his wallet.

He was then held captive for two hours. His terrible ordeal ended with the assistance of OnStar.

The agent's wife contacted OnStar vehicle security service. The OnStar representative then placed a call to the vehicle and heard someone screaming for help, Sheriff Jerry Demings said.

That is when the assailants left the car at a vacant house and fled, police said.

Police arrested Gregory McDonald, 18, Dante Askins, 18, and two other teens, who are 15 and 16 years old.

The federal agent needed stitches to close a scalp wound from being pistol-whipped. The 4 suspects are facing charges of armed kidnapping, carjacking and battery with a firearm.

Teenager uses Siri to save his life after being pinned under truck while doing repairs

(Scroll down for video) While many people use Siri for fun or convenience, one teenager is crediting Siri for saving his life.

18-year-old Sam Ray of Tennessee, was working under his truck in the driveway of his family home in Murfreesboro, when the jack he used to lift the truck fell.

Ray got pinned underneath the 5,000 pound 1998 black Dodge Dakota.

He said that his arm was above his head and his phone was in his back pocket.

Ray tried several times to call 911 by pressing his backside against the pavement. He then heard Siri asking him how it can help.

After a few tries, Ray was able to get his iPhone to call 911. The emergency dispatcher was able to use his cellphone signal to find his location.

Ray was trapped for nearly 40 minutes before he was finally rescued. He was airlifted to a nearby hospital.

He suffered broken ribs and a bruised kidney, Dr. Richard Miller of the Vanderbilt Trauma Center said. Ray has since recovered. He is very grateful to Siri and to the dispatcher who helped save his life.

Kim Kardashian is known for her love of taking selfies. Therefore, it was no surprise to see her posing for a selfie with Kanye in London.

However, when excited fans went up to meet the two people, they were surprised to see that the two were wax statues.

Madame Tussaud’s placed the figures around London, as part of a promotional effort to celebrate Kanye’s inclusion in their collection.

Kim Kardashian’s wax figure had been at Madame Tussaud’s since July. Now, Kanye West’s wax figure was added to their collection.

The wax figures of the couple, who are expecting their second child, was spotted in several places of tourist destinations in the capital, including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, the Millennium Bridge, the London Eye, Piccadilly Circus and Tower Bridge.

When people realized that the two were only wax figures, they were still delighted to be able to take selfies with the famous couple.

Woman runs marathon during her period without protection to break taboos

A woman is speaking out after she was seen running a marathon with blood of her period soaking her pants.

26-year-old Kiran Gandhi said that she trained for 1 year so that she can run the marathon in the United Kingdom.

Gandhi and her 2 friends raised $6,000 for Breast Cancer Care at the marathon. However, the night before the marathon, she got her period.

Gandhi, a Harvard graduate, decided to use her flow as an awareness to break to taboo around the issue.

“I got my flow the night before the London Marathon and it was very painful. It was to be my first marathon. I spent a whole year training hard, but I never practiced running on my period,” Gandhi said.

“Running 26.2 miles with a wad of cotton cloth wedged between my legs just seemed so absurd because of the chaffing,” she added.

That is when Gandhi decided to “free bleed” through the marathon to break the taboo and to bring awareness to women of poor countries who don’t have access to sanitary pads or tampons.

Black man fired from job for using the N word when referring to himself

(Scroll down for video) An African-American man was fired from his job after he referred to himself using the N word.

Todd Gordon of New York, who was a Department of Public Works employee in Syracuse, said that he was fired for using the N word on himself during an argument with another employee.

Gordon was working as a street repairman for the city when another worker objected to their work assignments.

The other worker entered the office of a supervisor to complain that he should have been assigned to drive a roller truck instead of a dump truck, Gordon said. The other worker, who is white, wanted to change the assignments with Gordon, who had less time at work.

Gordon was in the office and opposed. The other man called him a f******g punk, said Gordon.

"You know what, man? I'm tired of this. You don't like working with (N-word) like me," Gordon responded angrily.

The other man filed a grievance, and 4 months later, the city fired Gordon for using the racial slur.

DPW Commissioner Pete O'Connor wrote a letter to Gordon saying: “You initiated a verbal confrontation with another employee, you used a derogatory term, albeit in reference to yourself, you violated the workplace violence policy by using loud, disruptive or angry behavior or language that is clearly not part of the typical work environment,” according to Gordon.

Despite using foul language towards Gordon, the other employee was not fired.

Teacher sleeps with 15-year-old student because he gave her more attention than her husband

A woman received a long prison sentence for sleeping with her young student and blaming him.

The former Oklahoma middle school teacher will spend 10 years behind bars after she admitted to having a sexual relationship with her 15-year-old student.

The attorney of Jennifer Caswell, David Cummins, said that he was surprised by the severity of the punishment handed down by Harmon County District Judge Richard Darbym.

The 29-year-old mother was sentenced to 15 years in prison with five years suspended, and eligibility for parole only after 8 and a half years.

Caswell pleaded guilty to 6 counts of rape, child enticement and forcible sodomy. The mother of the teenage victim said that the sentencing is fair.

Caswell appeared on the Dr. Phil show in May, to defend her reputation and her illicit relationship with the teenager.
“I’m not a monster and I’m not a predator, I made a stupid decision,” she said on the show.

Caswell, who has since divorced her husband, said that the teenager gave her more attention than her husband did.

The former teacher maintained that the victim pursued her at a time when she was vulnerable. She also said that the relationship with the student was consensual.

“I was in a very unhappy marriage and I received little to no attention from my husband. I started receiving attention from a student. I reacted poorly and irresponsibly,” Caswell told the police.

Man crushed to death by roller coaster while looking for his lost cellphone

(Scroll down for video) A man tragically died while looking for the cellphone he lost while riding a roller coaster, police in Ohio said.

45-year-old James Young, enjoyed the Raptor roller coaster at the Cedar Point amusement park before jumping over a fence to get his phone.

While looking for his cellphone, the roller coaster hit him and he was crushed to death. According to the police investigation, the incident unfolded around 5:00 p.m.

No charges will be filed against the park as Young jumped over a fence and into a restricted area. The Cedar Point amusement park released a statement, saying that it regrets the incident that happened on Wednesday.

“At 5:00 p.m., a guest entered a restricted, fenced area of Raptor and was struck by the ride. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family,” the company said on Twitter.

Prison guards catch bird flying cocaine into jail

(Scroll down for video) Prison guards in Costa Rica, said that they detained a bird that was flying cocaine and other drugs into jails.

The incident unfolded in the La Reforma prison located in San Rafael de Alajuela.

Police said that the detained bird was carrying 14 grams of cocaine and 14 grams of cannabis stuffed inside a bag attached to its body.

According to witnesses at the scene, prison inmates saw the bird flying into the prison around 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday. A special team was called to the prison and the bird was captured.

Police took a picture of the bird and it was released by the Department of Justice and Peace as a warning to other drug traffickers.

Young woman horrified after drone records her sunbathing topless on her balcony

(Scroll down for video) A young woman in Canada, was horrified to see a drone recording her as she was sunbathing topless on her balcony that is not visible from the ground.

Kathryn Redford of Vancouver, said that her privacy was violated by the drone that hovered over her as she sunbathed in the nude.

On Wednesday, she was topless on her private balcony when she saw the unmanned plane hovering above her. She said that the drone hovered over her for about 20 seconds and saw a small flashing light before flying away.

She covered herself with a book, and felt completely vulnerable and disgusting. The drone later returned, hovered for 30 seconds, and flew away.

Redford immediately called the police, but officers said there was little they could do unless she could identify the owner of the drone.

Police said that if the owner of the drone is eventually caught, the operator could be charged with voyeurism if the video was taken for sexual purposes.

Redford said that she will not sunbathe on her balcony again.

20-year-old woman caught on camera repeatedly ripping flowers of 86-year-old woman’s grave

(Scroll down for video) Police are looking to arrest a young woman who was caught on camera ripping flowers of an elderly woman’s grave, police in Canada said.

London police said that a hidden camera caught the 20-year-old woman repeatedly stealing flowers from the grave of 86-year-old Alma Allerston, who was buried at the St. Peter’s Cemetery.

Her daughter, Marg Allerston-Medeiros and her family decorated the place with fresh flowers. During the last three months, someone has been stealing the flowers and they ended up in a nearby trash container.

It happened 10 or 12 times, the daughter said.

Allerston-Medeiros had enough and set up a video camera, which captured images of the female suspect ripping the flowers.

London police are looking for the slim woman, around 20 years old, about five feet and five inches tall with dyed blond hair and dark roots.

Allerston-Medeiros said that she has no idea why someone wants to vandalize her mother’s grave.

Naked man covered in cream refuses to leave restaurant because it is too cold outside

A naked man was arrested on a charge of outraging public decency after taking off all his clothes and covering himself in cream, prosecutors in the United Kingdom said.

57-year-old Malcolm King of Royal Parade, was seen by the public without his clothes and covered in cream, the Plymouth Magistrate’s Court has heard.

King, who has a history of mental health problems, pleaded guilty to outraging public decency behaving in an indecent manner.

This was not the first time that King appeared naked in public.

Last year, King was sentenced to serve 16 months in prison for walking naked into a fast food restaurant and a nightclub. 2 years ago, King walked into a McDonald’s wearing nothing but a blonde wig, pink gloves and sandals.

He was under the influence of alcohol and had a liquor bottle in his hand. In another incident, he left a bar and returned 20 minutes later without clothes.

The staff asked him to leave, but he refused to go because it was too cold outside.

Man breaks spine while secretly looking into bathroom to watch female boss taking a shower

A man in Nigeria, was left paralyzed after being caught secretly looking into a bathroom in order to watch his female boss taking a shower.

26-year-old Ubong Etu Nbomang of Delta State, injured his spine when he was caught off guard by his boss’ friend spying on his 30-year-old female boss.

The maid allegedly punched small holes on top of the bathroom door through which he peeked inside to watch his female boss taking a shower.

Nbomang climbed on a platform for a better view of her boss, when her friend caught him. He jumped off and slipped on the wet floor, injuring his spinal cord.

Nbomang admitted to watching his boss for more than 15 minutes before being caught. Nbomang was taken to the Federal Medical Centre.

He blamed his injuries on his boss’ beauty. Nbomang’s boss said that she was unaware that he was spying on her.
