99 people fall ill after eating at Chipotle restaurant

(Scroll down for video) A Chipotle location in California, was briefly shut down after 99 people fell ill with fever and vomiting.

The Chipotle restaurant in Simi Valley, is under fire after several customer complained on the Internet, of becoming extremely sick.

Chipotle issued a statement, saying that the safety and welfare of customers is always their highest priority. They have investigated the issue and the company is making sure that the food is safe for consumption.

Many people said that they became ill after eating at the Chipotle on Wednesday. Kam Zreik began to feel ill after eating at the restaurant.

Zreik said that he was throwing up a lot, and when he went to the emergency room, his aunt told him that 19 people came in with food poisoning after eating at the restaurant.

Zreik also claimed to have had a temperature of 101 degrees, and a doctor gave him fluids through IV to treat dehydration.

The restaurant was shut down for a short period of time before reopening on Saturday. A sign on the door stated that the closure was due to a lack of employees.

14-year-old boy shoots and kills his 3-year-old brother while imitating movie scene

A little boy is dead after being shot by his own brother while imitating a movie scene with his father’s gun, police in Nigeria said.

Enugu State police said that the gun belonging to Christian Odika, was used to kill his 3-year-old son identified as Akachukwu.

He was allegedly shot by his 14-year-old brother identified as Ebubechukwu, while imitating a scene from a movie. The brothers were unaware that the gun was loaded, police said.

Odika was at a business meeting when the incident happened.

When he got home, he found his 3-year-old son lying dead on the bedroom floor. He suffered from a gunshot wound to the chest.

So far, no arrests have been made.

Homeowner sets tenant on fire for using the bathroom too many times

A homeowner was arrested on a charge of murder after allegedly setting his tenant on fire for using the bathroom too many times, police in Nigeria said.

​​Lagos State police said that they have arrested 67-year-old Sola Solomon, after being accused of assaulting his tenant identified as Abeeb.

According to witnesses at the scene, the two were fighting about Abeeb using the bathroom too many times.

According to the police investigation, after setting the victim on fire, Solomon pushed the father of one to his death from the top floor of the three story building.

Solomon lived at the apartment for five months.

Around 12:00 a.m., the Solomon allegedly poured gasoline down the hallway of the apartment before throwing a match on the floor as the victim stood there.

As Abeeb tried to extinguish the flames, Solomon pushed him out a window.

Woman kills her father because he found out that she was stealing his money

(Scroll down for video) A woman admitted to police that she killed her elderly father because he found out that she was stealing his money, police in Japan said.

Toyama police said that they have arrested 56-year-old Hiromi Kawabuchi, after being accused of dumping the body of her father outside his home before covering him with concrete.

Around 5:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Kawabuchi approached an officer near her home and told him that she killed 84-year-old Saburo Kawabuchi, and buried his body in the yard of his home.

After searching the yard investigators found Saburo Kawabuchi’s body lying face down under a thick layer of concrete.

There were no visible injuries on the body.

During questioning, Hiromi Kawabuchi admitted to killing her father because he found out that she was stealing his pension money.

Man steals 5 Rolex watches and $275,000 to pay for sex with prostitutes

(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested on a charge of theft after allegedly breaking into homes and stealing expensive watches in order to pay for sex with prostitutes, police in Japan said.

Tokyo police said that they have arrested 33-year-old Hirotaka Sugawara, after being accused of breaking into at least 100 homes in order to pay for visits to brothels.

In the latest incident, Sugawara used a screwdriver to remove a glass door of a home.

Once inside, he ransacked the place and fled with 240,000 yen ($1,996) and five Rolex watches worth about 1.5 million yen ($12,500).

According to the police investigation, Sugawara had been behind more than 130 similar robberies in Tokyo and Saitama.

He is accused of stealing around 33 million yen ($274,371).

During questioning, Sugawara admitted to police that he used all the money to pay for sex with prostitutes.

Father rapes his 2 young daughters and stepdaughter

A father was arrested on a charge of rape for allegedly raping his two daughters and stepdaughter after he kicked out his wife from his home, police in Nigeria said.

Lagos State police said that they have arrested 37-year-old Ajiboye Oluwaseyi, after being accused of raping his 4 and 6-year-old daughters as well as his 15-year-old stepdaughter.

According to the police investigation, Oluwaseyi separated from his wife several months ago.

He took custody of his two daughters and persuaded his stepdaughter to live with him despite the fact that he kicked out her mother from his home.

The stepdaughter recently revealed to a neighbor that her stepfather had been raping her. The neighbor immediately called the police.

The police arrested Oluwaseyi, and they took the three girls to a hospital. Tests confirmed that the girls have been raped. The girl are said to be in good condition, and now live with their mother.

Man who spent $100,000 to look like Justin Bieber found dead in hotel after breaking up with boyfriend

Hollywood police said that 35-year-old Tobias Strebel, also known as Toby Sheldon, was reported missing by his friends over the weekend.

Strebel, who spent more than $100,000 to like Beiber, was found in a Motel 6 in the 15700 block of Roscoe Avenue. Police said that drugs were found in the room.

Strebel’s disappearance may have come as a result of a breakup with his boyfriend, the Los Angeles Police Department said.

Strebel recently appeared on a television show to talk about his addiction of looking like Bieber.

Priest gropes sleeping woman sitting next to him on plane after telling flight attendants that she is his wife

(Scroll down for video) A priest was arrested on a charge of sexual contact after groping a woman who was sleeping next to him on a plane during a flight, police in California said.

Now, 46-year-old Marcelo de Jesumaria has been sentenced to serve six months in jail after being convicted of sexual contact by a jury.

In addition to the prison sentenced, Jesumaria was also ordered to stay at home for six months after he completes his prison term.

According to the police investigation, Jesumaria touched the woman’s behind, breasts and private parts during the flight from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Los Angeles.

The woman, a model, woke up and reported the abuse to flight attendants and later an FBI agent. Jesumaria admitted to police that he likes to sit next to women, but he denied touching her.

Jesumaria got the seat next to the woman by telling the flight attendants that she is his wife. Jesumaria blamed the victim because she did not object to him touching her.

The woman claimed that she was sleeping at the time and couldn’t object.

Flight attendants reported that the woman was pale, trembling and on the verge of tears when she reported what had happened.

Flight attendants moved the woman to another seat, and the FBI arrested Jesumaria upon landing. The church said that it considers the actions of Jesumaria sinful and illegal.

Jesumaria will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

A family in New York, was awarded money to a woman after the police department raided her home, looking for her deceased husband.

The widow of Brooklyn, posted her husband’s death certificate on her front door after police officers repeatedly came looking for him.

Karen Fennell and her son James Jordan Jr., sued the police department in order for the harassment and destruction to stop.

The woman said that officers raided her apartment in Bushwick 4 times, in an attempt to arrest James Jordan Sr. even though he died 9 years earlier, according to the lawsuit filed in Brooklyn federal court.

Fennell said that she told officers repeatedly that her husband will not be found in her home, as he was no longer alive.

However, officers looked all over the home and moved the furniture to see if he was hiding somewhere.

The city fought vigorously against the lawsuit, saying that it was different sets of officers who went to the home to look for the man and they were unaware that he was dead.

Fennell decided to accept a settlement of $10,000 to avoid a lengthy trial. “He was a hard working man, and he took care of eight children,” said the widow.

Mr. Jordan, who died of diabetes at age 46, was previously arrested in 1996 for jumping a turnstile.

Company unveils ‘car’ the size of laptop a computer

The company called Cocoa motors of Japan, created the sleek device so that one can ride around easily.

The small battery-powered device is called “WalkCar.” It compares to a segway, but it is easy to carry around.
The product is the size of a laptop computer.

The “vehicle” weighs less than seven pounds and can be carried around anywhere easily and therefore, it is described as a “car in a bag.”

This cool product was created by the 26-year-old engineer Kuniako Saito and his team at Cocoa motors.

The “WalkCar” is made of aluminum and can carry a load of up to 265 pounds. It can reach speeds of 6.2 miles per hour for distances of up to 7.4 miles after three hours of charging.

The developer also said that the gadget is very easy to use. Once the driver gets on the car, it starts to ride automatically, and as soon as one gets off, it stops.

The product will cost around $800.

Family doing repairs to home find body of woman missing for 22 years

(Scroll down for video) A woman will finally be laid to rest after she was killed and hid in her family’s home.

A man of Florida, was arrested for the murder of his wife Bonnie Haim, who was 23 years old at the time of her death.

Bonnie went missing in 1993, leaving behind a 3-year-old son. The son, Aron, always believed that his father was behind his mother’s disappearance.

In April 2005, he hired lawyers to sue his father. They were successful and won $25.3 million in a wrongful death suit against 49-year-old Michael Haim.

Now, her family may finally have justice. A family who was doing repairs to their home, in which the couple lived at the time of her disappearance, found the body, according to the State Attorney Angela Corey.

The investigation into the disappearance of Bonnie Haim, began after a resident found her purse in a dumpster in Jacksonville, police said.

Police questioned Michael, who told investigators that he did not know where his wife went and that she had left the night before her disappearance because of an argument.

Now, Michael has been officially charged in the murder of his wife.

Woman beaten after asking husband for sex during Bible study

A man was dragged to court after he beat his wife for asking him for sex during a Bible study, police in Zimbabwe said.

The woman of Bulawayo, asked the judge for an order of protection against her husband for verbally and physically abusing her.

Concilia Ndlovu, 51, told the court that her husband was reading the Bible, when she asked him to turn off the lights. He refused and turned violent.

Consilia said that her husband beat her with a knobkerrie during the assault.

Her husband, 55-year-old Clement Ndlovu, did not deny beating his wife with the knobkerrie, but claimed that his wife instigated the fight.

Clement told the court that he was reading the Bible, when his wife shut the lights and threw herself on him. She wanted him to have sex with her, but he wanted to continue reading the Bible.

“My intention was not to assault her, but to scare her away so that she stops disturbing me from reading the Bible,” he said.

The magistrate ordered Clement not to verbally or physically abuse his wife, and she ordered the couple to go for counseling.

Pastor robbed at gunpoint by teens after anti-violence rally

(Scroll down for video) A pastor in Georgia, was robbed at gunpoint just hours after reaching out to community members to stop violence.

Pastor Thomas Sills and many other church leaders held an anti-violence march to stop the violence in Savannah.

However, just hours after the march, Sills was robbed at gunpoint. Police were able to track down the thieves, using the phone tracking application on the pastor's phone.

Police arrested a 14-year-old boy along with an 18-year-old man who was identified as Jared Murphy.

The pastor said that he was out eating dinner with his family when he went to retrieve his car. The 2 teens came up from behind him.

When he turned around, Sills saw a gun in his face. They demanded his phone and wallet. He did as he was told and the teens ran away.

Sills said that the armed robbery made him even more determined to reach out to youth.

Teenager pleasures himself in potato chips aisle of supermarket

(Scroll down for video) A teenager in Pennsylvania, is facing charges after he was seen exposing himself in a store.

Police in Pittsburgh, were called after employees at a Sheetz store in Uniontown, saw the man acting strange in the potato chips aisle.

Store employees told police that the 18-year-old man walked into the store around 2:00 a.m., and he started behaving suspiciously.

Employees thought that he may be trying to shoplift. One worker walked over to the teen and realized that his private parts were exposed, pleasuring himself.

The teen did not cover himself after he was spotted by the employee. He is accused of exposing his private parts to employees on numerous occasions during the incident.

When police arrived, the teen was allegedly still exposed. The man was immediately taken into custody.

The suspect claimed that he was only adjusting his pants.

Officers reviewed store surveillance video, which corroborated the story of employees. Police said that the teen is facing charges of indecent exposure and lewd and disorderly conduct.

Woman steals $3,000 worth of sausages from employer and sells it outside the shop

A woman was arrested after she was seen selling sausages near her place of employment.

The woman of San Antonio, Texas, was arrested on Monday, after being accused of stealing thousands of dollars in sausages from her employer.

Police were called after a co-worker saw 28-year-old Kimberly Carrillo, selling the sausages at a nearby gas station.

Carrillo is facing charges of theft for stealing about $3,000 worth of sausages from the Kiolbassa Provision Company.

According to the arrest warrant, Carrillo, who was an employee of the company, was fired after her boss learned of the theft.

Police said that there are surveillance videos of Carrillo taking the sausages from her place of business and selling them at the nearby gas station.

Police officer pimps out girlfriend and gets custody of kids by claiming she is prostitute

Ailcia Stapleton said that her former boyfriend, who was a police officer, tried to pimp her out through Craigslist in California.

Despite this, Officer Robert Knight used her work against her in family court, saying that it made her an unfit mother. The judge awarded him custody of their children.

Stapleton admitted that she legally works at the Bunny Ranch brothel, but she never did any sexual work in California, where prostitution is illegal.

Knight resigned from his job after it was discovered that he attempted to pimp out his girlfriend, police said.

Fresno police said that officer Knight posted advertisements on Craigslist, looking to get work for his girlfriend as a prostitute.

He communicated with a potential client, who turned out to be an undercover officer.

Stapleton was arrested for prostitution and her former police officer boyfriend is facing charges of aiding in prostitution and federal sex trafficking.

Elderly man dies after eating toxic soup poisoned with zucchini

An elderly man died after enjoying a plate of hot soup that contained toxins from poisonous zucchini, doctors in Germany said.

79-year-old Ludwig A. of Heidelberg, died at a hospital two weeks after eating zucchini soup that was contaminated with poison.

The zucchini was homegrown, and was given to Ludwig and his wife Inge by neighbors. According to the police investigation, the neighbors were unaware that the zucchini contained toxins.

Inge said that when she tasted the soup it was very bitter.

Shortly after eating the food, the couple began feeling ill. Inge, 80, suffered from diarrhea and vomiting. For her husband, things were even worse.

Ludwig’s face turned yellow. The husband and wife were taken to a hospital, where they were diagnosed with severe poisoning.

Inge gradually recovered, and she was discharged from the hospital after a few days. However, her husband had eaten a lot of poison and he died.

Doctors identified the chemical that killed Ludwig as cucurbitacins. These naturally occurring toxins are occasionally found in pumpkins and squash, such as zucchini.

Imam hypnotizes woman seeking help and touches her private parts

An Imam was arrested on a charge of sexual assault after allegedly hypnotizing a woman before touching her private parts, police in Germany said.

The 33-year-old woman identified as Dounya of Berlin, told a court that Abdelkader D., hypnotized her as part of a marriage counseling session, but then proceeded to sexually abuse her when he thought that she was unconscious.

Dounya and her husband Abdul, were having marital problems when they decided to seek the assistance of Abdelkader. Abdul brought Abdelkader to his home after Friday prayers, promising to save their relationship through hypnosis.

The Imam told Abdul that he believed Dounya had been cursed. He instructed the couple to lie on a bed while reading the words of the Koran.

After three hours, Dounya woke up and her makeup was smeared all over her face. During another session three days later, she managed to stay awake.

The Imam smelled her hair and put his mouth on hers when he thought she was unconscious. The Imam moved his hand over her body and began to fondle her private parts.

The next day, the couple confronted the Imam, but he denied the allegations, saying that the devil put evil thought into their heads.

2 gay men blackmail married man after exchanging pictures with him on Grindr

Two men were arrested on a charge of blackmail after blackmailing a married man with whom they exchanged pictures on a dating website, police in the United Kingdom said.

Now, 29-year-old Daniel Edwards and 30-year-old Kristofer Wagner were sentenced to serve a total 54 months in prison for blackmailing the man because of his sexuality.

Prosecutors told the Swindon Crown Court that Edwards specifically targeted his victim, first by going on a gay dating website and secondly by determining whether the victim was married to a woman in order to blackmail him.

The case was treated as a hate crime because Edwards threatened to out the victim if he refused to pay the sum of money he demanded.

According to the police investigation, Edwards and Wagner were in a relationship when Edwards logged on to Grindr and made contact with the victim.

After messaging the victim and exchanging images of a sexual nature, Edwards asked the victim if he was married. As soon as the victim admitted being married to a woman, Edwards used this information to blackmail him.

Edwards threatened to forward the messages they had exchanged, including compromising pictures, to the victim's wife if he did not pay 2,000 pounds ($3,100).

The victim agreed to pay 1,500 pounds ($2,325). Wagner accompanied Edwards to collect the money from the victim and therefore, actively participated in the blackmail.

After the victim left, Edwards contacted him on his landline number at his home address, and fearing that the blackmail would continue, the victim reported the incident to the police.

Woman kills her lesbian lover after learning she was still seeing her boyfriend

A woman was arrested on a charge of murder after killing her lesbian lover and then framing the victim’s boyfriend for the killing, police in California said.

Now, 31-year-old Larene Eleanor Austin of Palmdale, has been sentenced to serve of to life in prison for killing 29-year-old Lanell Barsock, because she wanted to focus on the relationship with her boyfriend.

Austin was found guilty on one count of first-degree murder.

According to the police investigation, Austin had a brief romantic relationship with Barsock. Austin killed Barsock, by shooting her in the head after the victim ended the relationship to focus on her boyfriend.

Austin then attempted to frame the victim’s boyfriend for the killing, going as far as forging a letter in which the victim broke up with the boyfriend and presenting it to police.

Austin fled the country once officials cleared the man of any involvement in the killing. Austin was arrested in Belize, before being extradited to California.
