New Beginnings Ministries of Warsaw, alleges that the topless dancers have been threatening members of the church, blocking the entrances and exits, and violated their right to religious freedom.

Pastor William Dunfee told the court that young children were forced to be exposed to topless women who were standing outside the church.

Thomas George, the owner the Foxhole stripclub, was named in the lawsuit.

Members of the church have been seen protesting in front of the Foxhole stripclub, urging the owner and customers to repent.

George denied the allegations, saying that Dunfee wants his stripclub to go out of business.

Thief stabs security guard with hypodermic needle while saying it is infected with HIV

A thief was arrested on a charge of assault after stabbing a security guard with a hypodermic needle while saying it is infected with HIV, police in the United Kingdom said.

Now, 32-year-old Karl Willson of Bishop's Stortford, was sentenced to serve 25 months in prison after being convicted of assault.

According to the police investigation, Willson attacked Jhan Cely, when he chased and caught him with stolen merchandise.

Willson did not have HIV, but Cely has had to undergo treatment in case the needle that was used was infected.

Willson snatched 359 pounds ($553) worth of items from Aldi, when the incident unfolded. The defendant had a hypodermic syringe in his mouth.

When Cely detained him, he told him to let him go because he has HIV. Willson then stabbed him in the arm.

Willson told the police that he had been a long term crack and heroin user since the age of 17, spending 40 pounds ($61) a day on drugs.

Cely took antiviral drugs for 6 months in case the needle was infected. Willson pleaded guilty to two charges of theft and one of causing actual bodily harm.

University students angry after officials cut access to online pornography

A group of students voiced their anger against officials of the University of Melbourne, in Australia, after they cut access to pornography on the public wireless network.

College officials said that they cut out pornography because they cannot sit by and allow access to movies that objectify women.

However, students voiced their concern about their sexual freedom.

Ormond College blocked access to adult sites, declaring that pornography does not allow people to develop a healthy sexuality.

Students pay $200 per semester to have access to the Internet on campus, and they said that officials have no right to limit their access to legal adult sites in the privacy of their rooms.

Thugs break into church to urinate in holy water

Police are looking to arrest a group of thugs who broke into a church to urinate into holy water, police in the United Kingdom said.

Sunderland police said that the vandals broke church windows in order to gain access to the church before urinating in the holy water.

The incident unfolded at the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church located on Bridge Street. Once inside the church the vandals used fire extinguishers to break down the doors.

A priest at the church identified as Father Marc Lyden-Smith, said that when he arrived in the morning, he smelled urine in the holy water.

He also said that nothing was missing from the church after the attack on Thursday.

Volunteers arrived on Thursday, and they cleaned up the damage caused by the thugs. The holy water was replaced. So far, no arrests have been made.

Man rapes woman sleeping in his house as fiancee slept in the next room

A man was arrested on a charge of rape after raping a woman who was sleeping over in his house while his fiancee was asleep in another room, police in the United Kingdom said.

Now, 29-year-old Daniel Howard of Darlington, has been sentenced to serve 7 years in prison after being found guilty of rape.

According to the police investigation, the victim went to bed in Howard’s house after a night of drinking with him and his fiancee.

The victim told the court that Howard forced himself on her, and warned her not to tell his fiancee. The next morning, the victim called a rape crisis hotline before checking herself into a hospital.

Howard denied the charge of rape, saying that he never had sex with the victim. Investigators found Howard’s DNA on the victim.

Howard claimed that his DNA ended up on the victim because she used an adult toy that belonged to his wife.

School bans breakfast cereal after students used it to brew beer

Schools in Zimbabwe, announced a ban on breakfast cereal after several students used to brew their own beer.

Three schools in Bulawayo, sent parents letters, warning them that oats and cereals made from sorghum would be confiscated as of Tuesday.

According to school officials, the students used the cereal with brown sugar and yeast, and left the mixture to ferment in the sun, creating a potent alcoholic drink.

The Hlabangana said Tennyson High Schools notified parents that the Morvite cereal powder and oatmeal are no longer allowed in school.

The schools also advised parents not buy items produced by Morvite, as children were fermenting them into alcohol. The beer of these cereals could contain high levels of alcohol, which can be a threat to the children's health.

Couple lures girl to hotel with promise of job before being gang raped by hotel manager and 9 men

(Scroll down for video) Police are looking to arrest 10 men after they allegedly gang raped a girl who was lured to a hotel room with a promise of a job, police in India said.

Delhi police said that the 17-year-old girl was lured to the hotel by a married couple living in her neighborhood.

Police said that six people, including the couple, have been arrested on charges of rape. Police identified the suspects as Rocky, Mahesh, Rani, Arjun, Anil, and Kamal.

Police said that the girl was looking for a job, and had been approached Rocky and Rani, who claimed to have several employees.

On Sunday, the couple took the girl and her booked into a hotel, where Mahesh works as a manager. Mahesh and his friends raped her for several hours.

The girl managed to escape and took a bus to the nearest police station, where she filed a complaint. Police raided the hotel and seized security camera footage in order to identify and arrest the four remaining suspects.

Man speeds 112 miles per hour on way to court to fight speeding ticket

A man of Connecticut, was pulled over on a charge of excessive speeding after allegedly traveling at high speeds in his way to court, police in Vermont said.

Royalton police said that a state trooper stopped 33-year-old Seth Tichenor of Hartford, after he was caught traveling at speeds of 112 miles per hour on Interstate 89 on Wednesday afternoon.

During questioning, Tichenor told the officer that he was speeding in order to get to a court, where he was required to appear to answer charges of speeding.

The speed limit on Interstate 89 is 65 miles per hour.

According to the police investigation, police received reports that a vehicle was traveling at speeds of more than 100 miles per hour and weaving in and out of traffic.

Tichenor was charged with speeding and negligent operation.

9-year-old boy taught to drive 100 mph by drunk man kills 14-year-old boy

(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested after he offered to teach a 9-year-old boy how to drive at speeds of 100 miles per hour.

Morris Mitchell, 37, of O'Fallon, Missouri, was charged with manslaughter after a 14-year-old died in an accident with the 9-year-old boy at the wheel.

The 9 year old allegedly told police that Mitchell, who had a bottle of vodka between his legs, was teaching him to drive at 100 miles per hour.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said that 14-year-old Damian Winters, who was passenger in the vehicle driven by the 9-year-old boy, died about 4:00 p.m.

The 9 year old is the stepbrother of Winters. Police said that the boy, who was driving a 2000 Ford Expedition, hit an embankment and it overturned, ejecting everyone inside.

Winters was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said that none of the passengers in the car wore seat belts.

The 9-year-old boy and Morris were taken to a hospital with moderate injuries. Morris was later arrested and charged with involuntary manslaughter in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree.

A man was arrested after urinating on passengers on a Jetblue flight.

27-year-old Jeff Rubin from Oregon, was arrested after police said that he urinated on several passengers in an early morning JetBlue flight from Anchorage, Alaska, to Portland International Airport on Friday.

According to the police report, Rubin had been asleep for most of the flight. About 30 minutes before landing in Portland, he stood up and began urinating between the crack in the seat in front of him, getting passengers wet.

Rubin then lost his balance, fell backward and urinated upwards, which caused the passenger in the seat next to him to get wet as well.

Luggage also got wet. He was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center, and was released on his own recognizance.

He was charged with criminal mischief and offensive littering.

Female cartoonist charged for shaking hands of male attorney

A woman was arrested and faces charges for shaking the hand of her attorney.

Over 10,000 people have signed a petition for the release of a jailed Iranian artist, who will likely face prison for shaking the hands of her male lawyer.

Satirical cartoonist, Atena Farghadani, 29, was jailed earlier this year, after depicting Iranian government ministers as monkeys and goats.

When her attorney came to see her in jail, Farghadani allegedly stretched out her hand to shake his hand. Handshakes between men and women are illegal in Iran.

She and her attorney, Mohammad Moghimi, were both charged with illegitimate sexual relationship short of adultery.

Moghimi said that his client, who is facing a sentence of 12 years in prison, will likely face a longer prison term, due to the handshake.

A petition launched by Amnesty International, is calling for Iran to release Farghadani immediately. The petition was sighted by 10,608 people.

Black female bank executive hospitalized after police believed she stole her own BMW

(Scroll down for video) A black woman said that she was pulled over by police while singing along and dancing to music in her car.

The woman of New York, filed a lawsuit against the city, the police department and police officers after she was held against her will in a psychiatric hospital.

32-year-old Kamilah Brock was in the psychiatric ward for eight days, where she was forcefully given sedatives. After being released, Brock was slapped with a bill of $13,000.

The horrific ordeal began when Brock, a bank executive, was driving her own BMW in Harlem. Brock said that she was at a red light when an officer asked her why her hands were not on the steering wheel.

She responded that she was dancing to music while waiting for the light to change.

However, the officer pulled her over and arrested her because the officer did not believe the BMW belonged to her.

Brock was taken to the 30th Precinct, where she was held for a few hours before being released without any charges being filed against her.

She said that she was told to come back the next day to pick up her car, a 2003 BMW 325Ci. When she returned the next day, officers placed her in handcuffs and told her to get into an ambulance, which will transported her to her car.

Brock admits that she thought it was strange, but she just wanted to get to her car so she did as she was told.
However, instead of being taken to her car, Brock was taken to Harlem Hospital.

At the hospital, doctors determining that Brock was delusional and she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

Brock said that doctors attempted to get her to admit that the BMW was not hers and that she is not a banker.

Medical records obtained by her attorney, Michael Lamonsoff, show that she was injected with powerful sedatives and forced to take doses of lithium.

Lamonsoff said that his client never suffered from mental illness.

Woman seen having sex in public parking lot with unconscious boyfriend

A woman was arrested after someone took photos of her having sex with her boyfriend as he was unconscious.

Kimberly Jackson, 36, said that she was drunk when she and her boyfriend decided to have sex in a public parking lot.

Jackson said that alcohol made her think that she will not get caught. She also said that she had the full consent of her boyfriend before he passed out.

When police arrived, they found the boyfriend, Earl Palmer, unconscious and unresponsive. He was taken to the Sentara Leigh Hospital.

Palmer refused to press charges against his girlfriend, saying that he consented before passing out. The couple said that they were both drunk when they decided to have sex in broad daylight.

They also said that next time they want to have sex outside, they will look for a more discreet place. Jackson was arrested and charged with public drunkenness.

13-year-old boy arrested for kissing 14-year-old girl in school

A 13-year-old old boy is facing charges for kissing a girl in school.

The 13-year-old boy of Maryland, is accused of grabbing a 14-year-old girl and kissing her without consent, police said.

The alleged assault was reported at the Pikesville Middle School, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.

The girl, an eighth-grader, told police that her classmate grabbed her by the shirt near her abdomen, pulled her towards him and kissed her with his tongue, police said.

The boy told investigators that someone had dared him to do it, according to police.

The boy was charged with second-degree assault as a juvenile and was released to his mother.

Farmer works in the nude as he is allergic to clothes

A man stopped wearing clothes when he was a young boy because of a rare condition.

Subal Barman, 43, of India, has been seen without clothes since he was 5 years old because he is allergic to them.

Barman, who lives in Rajpur, was diagnosed with a rare allergy that causes a stinging sensation whenever he comes in contact with any kind of fabric.

Since he could not afford the medical treatment, he simply walks around without clothes. Barman said that he cannot cover himself with a blanket at night.

Interestingly, being nude has not affected his social life. He works, attends parties, weddings and festivals, completely naked.

Barman said that being sad or depressed over his medical issue will not change his problem.

Despite that fact that people in his village have gotten used to him being naked, Barman could remain a lifelong bachelor because no father will allow his daughter to marry him.

Chef threatens to kill coworker in fight over best way to make pizza

(A man in Australia, was arrested for threatening to kill his coworker in a fight over the best way to make pizza.

The Darwin Magistrates Court heard a how a fight broke out between 21-year-old Francesco Cristoforo and another restaurant employee.

During the argument at Super Pizza restaurant in Fannie Bay, Cristoforo chased the victim with a knife, shouting “tonight, I'll kill you.”

Defense attorney Peter Maley said that his client is a passionate cook who cares deeply about the art of making pizzas.

Magistrate Greg Smith said that passion is sometimes a good thing, but running with a knife is misplaced.

Cristoforo from Italy, has a work visa along with his girlfriend who also works at the restaurant.

Cristofaro was sentenced to four months in prison, suspended for 12 months.

Young man urinates on numerous plane passengers and their luggage during flight

A young man was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief after allegedly urinating on plane passengers and on their luggage during a flight from Alaska, police in Oregon said.

Portland police said that they have arrested 27-year-old Jeff D. Rubin, after being accused of urinating on passengers right before the plane landed at the Portland International Airport.

According to the police investigation, the incident unfolded on a JetBlue flight that left from Anchorage. Flight attendants and plane passengers told police that Rubin had slept most of the flight.

About 30 minutes before landing, he stood up and began to urinate onto passengers seated in front of him. At some point, Rubin lost his balance and fell backward.

He proceeded to urinate on additional passengers and on luggage. Rubin was charged with criminal mischief and littering.

Rubin was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center, and he was released on his own recognizance.

Young and married elected official forces her aide into sexual relationship

(Scroll down for video) A married elected official in New York, is being investigated after allegedly forcing her aide into a sexual relationship, according to the Assembly Ethics Committee.

28-year-old Angela M. Wozniak of Cheektowaga, who was elected as an assemblywoman to represent the 143rd District, allegedly carried on a sexual relationship with 29-year-old Elias A. Farah.

Wozniak, a conservative, is married and has one child.

Farah, who worked for Wozniak, alleges that while working for the assemblywoman, she coerced him into a sexual relationship.

The Assembly Ethics Committee has requested that Wozniak turn over her computer hard drives and cellphones. No charges have been filed against the assemblywoman.

Wozniak’s attorney denied the allegations, saying that measures will be taken against anyone maliciously defaming the politician.

Young woman beats elderly man with frying pan and steals his cellphones

A young woman was arrested on a charge of assault after allegedly hitting an elderly man over the head with a frying pan, police in Florida said.

Bradenton police said that they have arrested 23-year-old Stephanie C. Ross, after being accused of using a frying pan to beat 73-year-old Jerry Shell, until he revealed the PIN of his ATM card.

According to the police investigation, Ross was standing outside her apartment and watched as Shell was unloading shopping bags from his car.

When Shell finished unloading his groceries and returned to his apartment, Ross hit him around 20 times in the head with a frying pan.

Ross demanded money while she tied up Shell’s hands and feet. Ross then proceeded to steal the victim’s wallet. Ross demanded to know the PIN of the ATM card.

When police officers found Ross, she was in possession of Shell’s ATM card and two cellphone. Shell was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of head injuries.

Ross was charged with robbery, battery and false imprisonment. She was booked into the Manatee County jail, and her bail was set at $36,500.

Man spray paints neighbors’ homes and cars because angels told him they were devils and demons

A man was arrested on a charge of causing damage after allegedly spray painting slogans on numerous houses, cars and traffic signs, police in Florida said.

The Manatee County Sheriff's Office said that they arrested 20-year-old Gabriel Ramirez, after being accused of using black paint to spray “666” on houses, cars and street signs because he was told that devils and demons are at the premises.

He was charged with causing criminal damage, and was booked into the Manatee County Jail. His bail was set at nearly $6,000.

According to the police investigation, several residents of Eighth Street Court West found that their homes, vehicles, driveways and street signs had been vandalized with black paint.

Slogans such as "666," "666 Killa," and "Jesus," were found on numerous street signs. Officers suspected Ramirez, because he is known to talk about demons and devils.

During questioning, Ramirez told officers that angels helped identify the devils and demons living in houses on Eighth Street Court West.

Police estimate that Ramirez caused around $5,000 in damages to cars, roads, houses and street signs.
