Man lures woman by posing as doctor and promising her job before forcibly touching her chest and behind
A man was arrested on a charge of battery after allegedly forcibly touching a woman’s chest and behind, police in Florida said.
Miami Beach police said that they have arrested 62-year-old Howard Harlib, after being accused of posing as a doctor and promising to hire Antonia Pascal, to take care of one of his patients.
Harlib was charged with battery and practicing medicine without a license. Pascal told investigators that after she arrived at the suspect’s home, he asked her inappropriate questions.
Harlib began touching her chest and pushed a thermometer on her behind. He also asked if her 20-year-old daughter could work with his patient when she is unable to come.
Harlib then asked Pascal if she would be uncomfortable with a patient who pleasures himself in front of nurses. Pascal felt uncomfortable and left the house.
