Both pleaded guilty to outraging public decency at the Hammersmith Magistrate’s Court, and they were prohibited from coming to London for eight weeks.

According to court documents, the couple traveled from Newport, Wales, with their children, who are three and five years old.

The couple were sitting on a sofa on the first floor of the mall about 8:00 p.m., when they engaged in sex acts that lasted for about 10 minutes.

Al told police: “It just happened as her hormones were everywhere because she was pregnant.” The court heard that the couple started kissing as their children were running around and playing.

Teacher found guilty of assault for humiliating woman by spraying her with water gun

Timothy Gledhill
By: Wayne Morin

A teacher was not fired from his job despite the fact that he was found guilty of assault for spaying a woman with water.

40-year-old Timothy Gledhill lost his appeal at the Canterbury Crown Court, where he attempted to get his guilty verdict overturned.

Gledhill was found guilty of assault after soaking his former wife with water from a toy gun in what police called a “humiliating attack” during an argument.

At the time of the altercation, Gledhill and Catherine Weir were on a bridge in Canterbury, Kent, near a train station.

Weir reported the incident to the police later in the evening. Gledhill was arrested after being accused of using the 100 ml multicolored toy water gun to spray the woman.

Gledhill pleaded not guilty to assault, saying that he was just fooling around with the toy. However, he was convicted after a trial and was sentenced to a 12-month conditional discharge. He was also ordered to pay £400 ($600) for the assault.

Gledhill attempted to clear his name and have his conviction overturned, but he failed.

Judge Nigel Van Der Bijl dismissed the appeal saying: “What you did wasn't funny. It was done to humiliate your former partner. She was a victim of an assault and there is no doubt about it.

“You knew perfectly well what you were doing. You did it to in some way humiliate her and to put one over on her.”

This came after the Canterbury Crown Court heard a recording of the incident, which was made by Weir. On the recording, she was heard screaming: “Stop it, stop it. Stop shooting at me.”

Gledhill voluntarily left his job at the Canterbury College and began teaching at the Canterbury Academy. They fully support the teacher.

Principal Phil Karnavas said: “The bottom line is that he is a really nice, honorable and decent person, who has found himself in a situation that none of us would like to find ourselves.

“I think spraying someone with a water pistol doesn't really seem to me to be an offense to public safety let alone an appropriate case to spend public money to prosecute.”

Woman arrested for harassing neighbor after posting photos of dog with mouth tied shut and wearing a diaper

Photos of the dog
By: Chan Yuan

(Scroll down for video) A woman is protesting after she was arrested for posting photos on the Internet, showing the abuse of her neighbor’s dog.

Amber Cammack of Houston, Texas, was concerned over the welfare of her neighbor’s dog when she saw its mouth tied shut on the balcony.

Cammack said that she called the police and other government agencies to report the animal abuse, but they did nothing. Cammack said that the dog was left on the balcony around the clock, even during rain storms.

She then posted photos on Facebook, showing the dog with a rubberband around its nose and wearing a diaper in confinement on the balcony of its owner's home.

Several days after making the call, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office called and warned her to stop harassing the dog's owners and demanded that she remove the Facebook posts or face arrest.

When Cammack did not remove the posts, officers arrived at her home with an arrest warrant. She was charged with electronic harassment and was held for 14 hours in prison.

She was released after prosecutors dropped all charges against her. Cammack and her supporters protested her arrest and Harris County District Attorney Devon Anderson’s decision not to pursue animal cruelty charges against the dog owner despite the proof.

Anderson posted a video of her Facebook page, saying that ASPCA has seen the dog on two occasions and they referred the dog to a veterinarian. It was determined that the dog was not being abused.

However, many people who are advocating for animals in Texas, posted comments about their horrific experiences with government officials covering up animal abuse. People are also demanding that the prosecutor should release the ASPCA reports.

Laurie Gaston-Marshall wrote: “I have been advocating for animals for years. I am never taken seriously by police. Often treated rudely. Explain her arrest?”

Brenda E Heredia wrote: “You guys are great at covering up your tracks! Show the evidence we are all asking for!”
