Crayola launches adult line of crayons and coloring books

Crayola’s Colors Escapes includes both books and tools, with intricate illustrations in black and white by artist Claudia Nice.

There are also smaller books available that do not include crayons or colored pencils, if you already have a bin full of them at home.

“Crayola Color Escapes are the premium coloring pages specially designed for adults. Whether it’s about reliving your childhood or tapping into your peaceful place, Crayola Color Escapes offer a soothing, creative experience that’s easy to do and easy on your mind,” the company wrote on its website.

The Crayola Colors Escapes kids are available online for $22.49.

The package includes 50 crayons, 12 markers and 12 pages waiting to be filled in with colors.

Children beat their 56-year-old father because he married a 20-year-old woman without their permission

Two men were arrested on a charge of assault after allegedly beating their 56-year-old father because he married a 20-year-old woman, police in Nigeria said.

Abuja police arrested 22-year-old Nsikak Ekpenyong and 20-year-old John Ekpenyong, after being accused of beating their father for marrying a much younger woman.

According to the police investigation, since the 56-year-old man decided to marry the younger woman, he was subjected to beatings by his own children.

After the woman gave birth to their father’s child, the brother became extremely angry and decided to kill their father. On Sunday, the brother broke into their father’s home and began beating him.

The man screamed, attracting the neighbors to his home. The neighbors called the police, who arrived at the scene and arrested the brother.

They were charged with one count of assault.

Woman catches husband fondling her 19-year-old daughter as she slept

A woman who caught her husband sexually assaulting her daughter numerous times, filed for divorce, according to court documents in Nigeria.

36-year-old Yemisi Daramola, a mother of four children, appeared before the Lagos Family Court to ask a judge to dissolve her 15 year marriage.

Daramola told the judge that she caught her husband Babatunde, 43, groping her 19-year-old daughter’s chest as she slept.

The sexual abuse came to light after Daramola remained awake one night and realized that her husband left the bedroom. She quietly followed him, and saw him enter the teenager’s room and sexually assaulting her.

When she asked her daughter about the assault, the woman told her mother that Babatunde gave her money to stay quiet.

Babatunde admitted to fondling his stepdaughter, and begged his wife for forgiveness. He promised not to repeat the act.

Child gets his head stuck in pipe after trying to look into it

(Scroll down for video) A child in China, was rushed to a nearby fire station after getting his head stuck in a pipe while playing with it.

Firefighter in Lipu County, said that the child who was brought to the station by his parents, has a plastic pipe stuck on his head.

Investigators determined that the child was playing with the 30-foot long plastic pipe on Wednesday around 8:30 p.m., when he decided to take a look inside.

Unfortunately, his head got trapped inside. The boy's face was completely covered, but luckily, he was able to breathe. His parents brought him to the nearby fire station, where firefighters cut open the pipe.

The child spent two hours trapped in the pipe, but was not injured.

14-year-old boy pours bleach into mother’s coffee because she criticized him for shoplifting

A 14-year-old boy was arrested on a charge of attempted murder after allegedly pouring bleach into his mother’s coffee because she criticized him for shoplifting, police in Japan said.

Tokyo police said that they have arrested the 14-year-old boy after being accused of adding bleach to a bottle of ice coffee that belonged to his mother.

According to the police investigation, the mother placed the bottle of ice coffee in the fridge before going to bed. The boy went to the fridge, took out the bottle and poured bleach into it.

The following morning, the mother drank some of the coffee and vomited. She went to the hospital, where she was treated for poisoning for a week.

The child told investigators that he wanted to kill his mother because she did not like his personality. She also criticized him for being a criminal.

The boy was recently caught shoplifting.

Woman who cut off husband’s private parts walks free and laughs about it on television

(Scroll down for video) A woman who cut off her husband’s private parts, laughed about it on television.

Lorena Bobbitt appeared on a television show, where she spoke about her terrible actions of cutting off the private parts of her husband.

However, she seemed to make light of her actions as she laughed about the incident. Bobbitt claimed that her husband was abusive to her when she took a kitchen knife and cut off his private parts.

She was arrested back in 1993 when the incident took place. She eventually walked free after her defense team managed to convince a jury that she was temporarily insane.

She divorced her husband and went on to marry another man with whom she has a daughter.

Bobbitt said that her current husband never questioned her about the incident, and he respects her and treats her the way she deserves to be treated.

Meanwhile, doctors were able to reattach the private parts of her former husband John Wayne Bobbitt. He later appeared in adult videos.

Lorena said that she appeared on the show to raise awareness about domestic violence. She said that she goes to shelters, where she helps adults and kids who have been victims of domestic abuse.

Father kills basketball coach for dropping his daughter from the team

A father who wanted his daughter to play basketball, killed her coach after he would not allow her to play.

Angelico Reyes of Mexico, killed his daughter’s basketball coach as revenge for not including her in the team.

Reyes, who is a popular singer in Mexico, shot Guillermo Cordero, 33, after the man informed his daughter that she could not be in the team because she arrived late.

The 11-year-old girl wanted to play in the team for a school in Oaxaca, but was told to sit out after her family arrived too late.

Reyes appeared to accept the decision at the time and he waited for the game to finish. However, when the game was over, the angry father confronted the coach.

Witnesses said that Reyes suddenly pulled a gun and shot Cordero five times in the chest and abdomen in front of the horrified children.

He then fled with his wife and daughter. Police said Reyes and his family are still on the run.

Drunk man gets neighbor’s 9-year-old son to drive him to store to get barbecue sauce

(Scroll down for video) A man in Ohio, was arrested for asking his neighbor’s young son to drive him to a store.

27-year-old Cory Mathias invited his neighbor’s 9-year-old son for dinner.

While cooking, he realized that he was out of barbecue sauce. The Tiffin Police Department said that Mathias, who was too drunk to drive, asked the 9-year-old boy to drive him to a gas station for more sauce.

A police spokesman said that the boy drove the two blocks to the gas station on Saturday night, and he did a good job getting there safely.

When they finished their purchase, the 9-year-old boy attempted to get behind the wheel, but was stopped by workers at the store.

Police said that Mathias began driving, but workers called police, and he was soon stopped and arrested.

Mathias’ blood alcohol content was four times the legal limit. He was arrested, and he faces charges including child endangerment, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, refusing a chemical breath test and driving under suspension.

Police said that the child's parents did not know the neighbor was drunk and they had no idea that he asked their son to drive his vehicle.

Man poses as filmmaker for underage swimsuit models to lure girls for sex

(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested a few days after he arrived to the United States from Puerto Rico.

Kevin Hernandez Orth was arrested at a hotel in Orlando, Florida, after he contacted a talent agency in search of young swimsuit models.

The 25-year-old man said that he was a filmmaker with Candy Land Films, but the talent agency could not find any record of the company. They became suspicious when he specified that he wanted female swimsuit models who were between 10 and 14 years old.

The agency alerted the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. An undercover officer posing as the father of a 14-year-old girl contacted Orth.

Police said that Orth offered the father to take videos of his daughter in a bathing suit for $100.

He then offered to pay more for other packages, which included nude videos of the girl for $200 or having sex with her and record the act for $400.

Orth was arrested and charged with attempted lewd and lascivious battery, solicitation of a parent to engage in sexual conduct with a minor, traveling to meet a minor to engage in sexual conduct, attempted manufacture of child pornography and attempted production of child pornography.

He is being held on $180,000 bail at the Orange County Jail.

The judge ordered him to have no contact with anyone under 18 years old and he was banned from using the Internet.

8-year-old arrested for killing 1-year-old girl while her mother was out partying at nightclub

Police in Alabama, have arrested an 8-year-old boy for killing a young girl who he was babysitting while her mother was out partying.

Police said that 1-year-old Kelcia Lewis and her mother, 26-year-old Katerra Lewis, lived with the family of the 8-year-old boy, who has not been named.

He was left to babysit five children, all of whom are younger than him, while his mother and Katerra Lewis, went out to a nightclub.

Police in Birmingham, said that the boy became agitated when Kelcia Lewis did not stop crying. The girl suffered wounds to her head and internal organs as well as bruises on her body.

The 8-year-old boy was charged with murder while the victim’s mother, Katerra Lewis, was arrested on charges of manslaughter because she was reckless in the action by leaving the 8-year-old boy to babysit her 1-year-old daughter.

She was released from the Jefferson County Jail, after posting $15,000 bond.

So far, the mother of the suspect was not arrested, but her children were taken into custody of Alabama Department of Human Resources and Family Services.

Son of billionaire dies after falling from penthouse

The son of a billionaire was pronounced dead after falling from his luxury penthouse. Police do not suspect foul play.

The son of billionaire Lord Paul, fell from the penthouse in London. Witnesses spotted the body of 45-year-old Angad Paul, on the roof of a building below.

Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene.

Firefighters were called to get the body down from the roof of the building in Marylebone, where it landed after falling eight floors.

Police said that there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death and they were investigating the incident.

Angad Paul’s father Lord Paul, is ranked as the 47th richest person in the United Kingdom, with an estimated wealth of £2.2billion ($3.3 billion).

His death came a couple of weeks after their company, Caparo Steel Group, went into liquidation and began laying off workers at its plants in the United Kingdom.

Baby dies after father changed her diaper while he was drunk

A father of the United Kingdom, was jailed for causing the death of his young daughter while he was drunk.

35-year-old Stephen Gallagher was babysitting his 14-week-old daughter Skylar Cowan Gallagher, when she died.

The baby’s mother, Angela Cowan, left the family home in County Durham, England, for a night out with friends and left the baby in her father’s care.

When the mother returned the next morning, she found her baby lying on the floor face down without a diaper. The baby was pronounced dead.

According to court documents, Gallagher has been drinking heavily while caring for his daughter. He had urinated under a fish tank, and he was asleep when Cowan came home.

When he woke up, Gallagher said that he had no idea what happened to his daughter. The Newcastle Crown Court heard that the baby died of asphyxiation.

The judge said that the evidence suggested that the father tried to change the baby’s diaper while he was heavily intoxicated and the girl ended up face down on the carpet.

Judge John Milford QC sentenced Gallagher to two-and-a-half years in prison for causing or allowing the death of a child.

Wanted man who hid on roof of Motel 6 surrenders after officers gave him donuts

(Scroll down for video) Police officers who were looking for thieves, found a man hiding on the roof of a Motel 6 in Arizona.

The men were wanted for shoplifting at a Walgreens in Phoenix.

The men managed to get away from the police. However, while looking for the suspects, police learned that Phillip Satterfield, 32, was hiding on the roof of the Motel 6.

Officers attempted to get the man to come down, but he refused to do so until his demands were met, police said.

His demanded three jelly filled donuts covered in powdered sugar and a bottle of milk. The officers went to a nearby Dunkin’ Donuts to get the special order.

Jonathan Kendal, who works at the Dunkin’ Donuts, agreed to make the custom made donuts for the suspect. “The guy is going to jail. I will make special donuts for him,” Kendel said.

The incident unfolded at the Motel 6 on Black Canyon Highway and Northern about 7 a.m. After he was finished eating the donuts on the roof, the suspect came down and surrendered to police.

Officials said that the suspect had an outstanding warrant for a violation of probation.

Bride killed in motorcycle accident while husband was driving her to wedding reception

(Scroll down for video) A bride was killed in a tragic motorcycle accident while her husband was taking her to their wedding reception, police in Illinois said.

40-year-old Jana Miles-Burnett of Whittington, died on Saturday night after her wedding ceremony.

She and her husband, William Burnett, were on the way to their reception at a bar around 6:30 p.m. when their motorcycle hit a deer that crossed the road.

Miles-Burnett was thrown from the bike during the collision.

Her husband was not seriously injured. Miles-Burnett died while wearing her wedding gown. The couple dated for a few months, and quickly fell in love.

Friends and family members riding behind the couple witnessed the accident. Miles-Burnett left behind two children, 22-year-old Sara Elizabeth Smillie and 14-year-old Cody Allen Miles.

Lovers shot dead while having sex in street despite being married to other people

(Scroll down for video) Two lovers were shot and killed while they were having sex in a car that was parked in a public street, police in Pennsylvania said.

The Philadelphia Police Department said that 25-year-old Shakoor Arline and 32-year-old Lisa Smith, were found dead in an SUV that was parked in the street early on Friday morning.

According to the police investigation, the suspect approached the vehicle and shot both victims in their heads numerous times.

A city employee who was collecting trash, found the dead bodies and called the police. The man was found totally naked and the woman was partially naked in the back of the Toyota SUV.

Investigators believe that the couple was planning to move to Arizona. Police are questioning the spouses of the victims, but so far, no arrests have been made.

Young couple leaves baby alone in hotel room to spend night drinking alcohol

A couple was arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly leaving their 1-year-old child alone in a hotel room while going out for a night of drinking, police in New York said.

The New York Police Department said that the have arrested 28-year-old Jenna Roloph and 31-year-old Douglas Lopez, both of Staten Island, after police determined that their 11-month-old daughter was left alone in the hotel room.

Both were charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

They were booked into jail, and Roloph was released without bail while Lopez’s bail was set at $2,000. According to the police investigation, officers had been called to room 502 of the Holiday Inn for a welfare check.

Police officers who arrived at the scene, found that the parents were extremely intoxicated. The girl was sleeping in a crib, and the temperature was 85 degrees.

Police officers reviewed the hotel’s surveillance cameras, which showed the couple leaving the room without their daughter and coming back one hour and 20 minutes later.

Woman hides friend’s drugs in her behind

A woman who was arrested for shoplifting at Walmart, told police officers that she hid her friend's drugs in her behind, police in Florida said.

Manatee County police said that they have arrested 28-year-old Ginger Cooper, after being caught shoplifting at the Walmart located in 2911 53rd Avenue.

Cooper was charged with one count of shoplifting and one count of possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Manatee County jail, and her bail was set at $1,620.

According to the police investigation, on Friday around 2:00 p.m., Cooper took items from the shelves of the store and went to the self checkout section.

She placed the items in her bag without scanning or paying for them. The combined value was $71.27. While being arrested by police, Cooper admitted to having pills in her possession.

A search revealed that Cooper his three Xanax pills in her behind. Cooper told police that the pills belonged to a friend who gave it to her to watch them.

Judge asks teenage rape victim why she didn’t keep her legs together to prevent attack

A judge is under fire after allegedly blaming a rape victim for the attack by asking her why she didn’t keep her legs together, according to the Canadian Judicial Council.

Four law professors of the Dalhousie University, filed a complaint against Alberta Provincial Court Judge Robin Camp, after showing a pattern of being dismissive of sexual assault laws.

The latest incident involved a 19-year-old woman who was raped during a house party.

The woman called the police to say that a man of Calgary, put her on a bathroom sink and raped her while her friends were partying in the home.

In Court, Camp asked the woman why she could not keep her knees together. He also asked her why she didn’t slide into the sink in order to prevent the attack.

The Federal Court issued a statement, saying that Camp is fully cooperating with the review and will not be assigned new cases related to sexual assault.

Camp issued a statement, apologizing for causing deep and significant pain to the complainant and all the women he deterred from reporting sexual abuse.

Cow dies of heart attack while watching fireworks display of nearby church

A farmer in Scotland, was devastated to find that one of his cows has died after allegedly suffering a heart attack as a result of a fireworks display.

David Reid of Panmurefield, said that a large crowd assembled at the Broughty Ferry Baptist Church, to watch a 20-minute fireworks display on Saturday.

Reid believes that the fireworks display is responsible for the death of one of his cows. He found the dead animal on Sunday morning, and believe it died of a heart attack as a result of the noise.

When the fireworks started going off, he knew that the display will cause problems with his cows.

He expected to find his cows running around on the road, but in the end, he found one 5-year-old cow lying dead on the ground.

Reid took the cow to a veterinarian to take blood samples from the cow to ensure that it did not die of a disease.

Dr. Brian Talbot of the Broughty Ferry Baptist Church, apologized and said that he is very sorry to hear that his fireworks display caused distress to the cows on Reid’s farm.

Author hunts down teen and breaks wine bottle over her head for writing bad book review

A book author was arrested on a charge of assault after breaking a wine bottle over a teen’s head because she wrote a bad review, police in the United Kingdom said.

Now, 28-year-old Richard Brittain of Bedford, has pleaded guilty to assault after being accused of attacking 18-year-old Paige Rolland, while she was working in an Asda supermarket in Fife, Scotland.

According to the police investigation, Brittain became angry that Rolland has published part of his book, The World Rose, on Wattpad.

Rolland gave the book a bad review. Rolland read some of the material and gave negative feedback. Brittain then hunted down Rolland, and went to the Asda store, where she worked.

Brittain went to the alcohol aisle and took a bottle of wine. He approached the victim, and broke the wine bottle over her head.

Rolland was taken to a hospital for a cut on the head.
