Man lifts his shirt and rubs his chest in front of police officers

A man was arrested on a charge of indecent behavior after allegedly lifting his shirt and rubbing his chest in front of police officers, police in Ireland said.

Londonderry police said that they have arrested 24-year-old Raymond Rogan, after being accused of staring at police officers while pulling down his pants and showing them his backside.

Rogan was charged with one count of indecent behaviour and one count of disorderly behaviour.

According to the police investigation, the incident unfolded while Rogan was drunk and officers were fighting a large unruly crowd.

Rogan was among a mob of 50 people who threw stones at police during a riot. At one point, he lifted his shirt and exposed his torso to the police before rubbing his chest as he watched them.

Rogan then dropped his pants and showed the officers his backside as the crowd was cheering. All the rioters concealed their identities by wearing scarves over their heads.

The officers told investigators that they were left traumatized by the incident.

When Rogan was arrested, he told police that he was deeply ashamed of his actions. He also said that he was under the influence of alcohol.

Husband slashes his wife’s breasts because she didn't want to pay the rent

A husband who became angry that his wife didn’t want to contribute a share of the rent, decided to slash her breasts with a large knife, police in the United Kingdom said.

Now, 30-year-old Dorinel Cojanu of Watford, has been sentenced to serve 11 years in jail after being convicted of attempted murder.

According to the police investigation, Cojanu attacked his wife Daniela, a 28, in the kitchen of their home in Lingmoor Drive, after arguing about money.

Cojanu used a brown kitchen knife with an 8-inch blade, to slash his wife’s breasts. He also caused injuries to her ribs, lung and liver.

After being attacked, she ran out of the house and went to a neighbor to ask for help. She was rushed to the St. Mary's Hospital in Paddington.

Cojanu pleaded not guilty to attempted murder, but was convicted by a jury. The court heard that the couple struggled financially and the husband was an alcoholic.

At the time of the stabbing, the husband was three times over the legal driving limit. He also asked her for her contribution to the rent.

When she told him that she had no money, he became angry and attacked her. During questioning, Cojanu told the police that his wife had caused the injuries herself and that she had tried to stab him.

In addition to the prison sentenced, Cojanu was banned from ever contacting his wife.

Two adorable children found dead in storage room

(Scroll down for video) A family and community are shocked and angry after two young children were found dead.

Police in California, broke into a storage room in Redding, and found the bodies of the two young children.

The children were reported missing while being in the care of a family member and her much younger boyfriend.

Police arrested the children's relative, Tami Joy Huntsman, 39, and her 17-year-old boyfriend, Gonzalo Curiel, after the bodies were discovered.

Both Huntsman and Curiel, were booked into the Plumas County Jail, on charges of child abuse, torture and mayhem. Their bail was set at $1 million each.

Police said that the children were in the custody of the couple when they went missing. The children were identified as Delylah Tara, 3, and Shaun Tara, 6.

The Plumas County Sheriff's Department said that the couple was known to them. They were called to the home and found a 9-year-old girl severely abused.

The girl weighed about 40 pounds, she had open sores, lice, broken bones and missing teeth. The girl was removed from the home. She was the niece of Huntsman.

Police also removed Huntsman’s twins who are 12 years old.

They were placed in foster care. The 9-year-old girl, who police said was subjected to the most unspeakable measure of torture for an extended period of time, is being treated at a Sacramento hospital.

Police are waiting for an autopsy to determine if the couple will be charged with murder in the death of the innocent children.

Secret Service agent fatally shot after being banned from carrying weapon for breaking into woman’s home

(Scroll down for video) Police believe that a Secret Service agent was shot and killed in an armed robbery in Washington D.C.

30-year-old Arthur Baldwin was shot several times in the 700 block of 1st Street SW about 3:00 p.m.

D.C. police said that officers were flagged down shortly after the shooting, and Baldwin was found unconscious with multiple gunshot wounds.

He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Secret Service said that Baldwin, had been assigned to work at the White House.

However, Baldwin, a resident of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, was on administrative leave at the time of the shooting over a domestic violence issue.

Baldwin was in court earlier in the day before his death on charges of destruction of property.
According to a police report, Baldwin tried to break into his former girlfriend's house and he busted some of her windows. Police found his service weapon in his car.

After that incident, he was put on leave and had his security clearance suspended. Police said that Baldwin was not armed at the time of his death.

Police are searching for three black men in connection with Baldwin’s death. Police believe he was killed during an armed robbery.

Baldwin, also known as AJ, left behind his wife and three children. He worked for the Secret Service for eight years.

Mailman makes deliveries without clothes to cheer up woman

A mailman was arrested after he delivered mail without his clothes.

According to a report from the Whitefish Bay Police Department, 52-year-old letter carrier David A. Goodman of
Wisconsin, delivered mail without clothes in an attempt to cheer up a woman.

Goodman, who had a nice working relationship with 21-year-old Tiffany Washington, allegedly told police that when he saw her “stressed out,” he wanted to make her laugh.

However, when Goodman returned to the office without clothes, Washington did not find it funny. He tried to apologize, but it was too late. She called the police.

Goodman told the police that after the delivery of a batch of mail to the law firm where Washington works, he saw that she was stressed out. He said that he told the woman that he will return to deliver a second batch of mail in the nude to cheer her up.

“Oh, come on. You do not have the balls to do that,” she said according to Goodman. Washington denis making the dare.

Goodman was cited for lewd and lascivious behavior. The United states Postal Service released a statement, saying that Goodman does not currently deliver any mail.

Family demanding son to divorce after his wife was caught kissing a camel

An animal lover is being persecuted by her husband’s family because she was seen kissing a camel.

The family of the man in Saudi Arabia, is pressuring him to divorce his wife after his mother saw her kissing the camel.

The mother-in-law was furious after witnessing the woman kissing the animal, and is demanding her son to end the marriage.

This caused a massive family feud between the mother-in-law and the wife. So far, the husband has not caved to the pressure of his family as they are happy together.

However, the wife said that she is too afraid to return to her husband's house because her mother-in-law also lives there.

The woman, who kissed the camel at the family home in Riyadh, said that she acted spontaneously because she was happy with the income the animals were generating.

However, her mother-in-law considered it a violation of the social and religious norms, and wants her son to divorce the woman.

Police officer poses as male colleagues on Facebook and sends sexually explicit messages to female police officers

A police officer was arrested on a charge of harassment after sending sexually explicit messages to female police officers on Facebook, police in the United Kingdom said.

Now, James White of Manchester, has been sentenced to serve 26 weeks in jail, which was suspended for two years, after being convicted of two counts of stalking, one count of harassment, one count of sending a communication conveying an offensive or indecent message, and for failing to tell the investigating team the password to his mobile phone.

He was also ordered to do 200 hours unpaid community work and 1,000 pounds ($1,492) in costs. He was given a restraining order, prohibiting him from making contact with the victims for 2 years.

According to the police investigation, White sent sexually inappropriate messages to female officers through fake Facebook accounts, which he set up in the names of serving male officers.

White used his mobile phone to access the fake accounts.

Several of the women reported the messages to their managers and an internal investigation began.

That became a criminal investigation when it became clear that the Facebook accounts were fake, but also that the person behind the messages was a serving police officer.

A pattern was spotted in the wording of the messages, and they were eventually traced back to White, whose home was searched and he was arrested.

White has since resigned from the Greater Manchester Police.

Man kidnaps former girlfriend and tortures her with hot screwdriver for more than a month

A man was arrested on a charge of kidnapping after allegedly kidnapping his former girlfriend and torturing her with a hot screwdriver for over a month, police in New York said.

Now, 34-year-old Anthony Matthews of Brooklyn, has been sentenced to serve 25 years to life in prison after being convicted of first-degree kidnapping and first-degree assault.

According to the police investigation, Matthews and the 29-year-old victim, who was not identified, maintained a relationship that was abusive at times.

One day, Matthews picked up the victim from her father’s home in Peekskill, and brought her to his apartment.

Once in the apartment, Matthews tied her up with extension cords and telephone wires, repeatedly beat her with a piece of wood and continuously threatened to kill her.

About two weeks into the ordeal, the victim attempted to escape.

In response, the defendant beat her up, broke her teeth by shoving a gun into her mouth, burned her inner thighs with a hot iron and mutilated her body with a screwdriver that he heated with a lighter.

Throughout the month of captivity, the victim’s family did not know where she was.

After a month, Matthews left the victim by the door of his mother’s apartment in Bedford-Stuyvesant, rang the bell and fled.

He instructed the victim to lie and say that she prostituted herself and was attacked by a man she met on Craigslist. The victim was taken to the Woodhull Hospital in septic shock due to a serious infection.

She also suffered fractured ribs, spinal damage, lacerated liver, fractured nose, burns all over her body and open wounds that exposed bones.

Teachers lose their jobs for getting pregnant

(Scroll down for video) A group of teachers filed a lawsuit against their school district after they were fired for becoming pregnant, according to court documents in Illinois.

Now, the Chicago Public Schools agreed to pay $280,000 to settle the lawsuit.

According to the lawsuit filed in federal court, eight teachers were dismissed from the Scammon Elementary School, because they became pregnant.

Chicago Public Schools admitted no wrongdoing as part of the settlement agreement, but will have to revise discrimination policies.

The lawsuit was filed by the Department of Education on behalf of the teachers. Lawyers for the school system denied any pattern of discrimination.

Chicago Public Schools said that they are fully committed to promote an environment that is free from discrimination or mistreatment.

This measure includes Chicago Public Schools holding training sessions for managers throughout the district, including principals, assistant principals, network managers and employees involved in employee discipline.
