Ebay was slapped with a lawsuit after removing a weed hat listing that was posted for sale by 30-year-old Zaky Mallah of Australia.

Mallah of Sydney, filed the $30,000 lawsuit in a New South Wales court after Ebay delisted the weed hat, which was claimed to have special powers.

Mallah wrote that he was wearing the hat while being interviewed on television and was able to disrupt the broadcast thanks to the power of the hat.

Mallah was charged with terrorism after saying that Muslims in the community have the right to fight for ISIS because of the way they are treated in the country.

The comment was taken as an endorsement of the Islamic State. Mallah denied the charge. Ebay removed the hat listing, saying it violated company policy against the gratuitous comments.

Mallah is seeking $30,000 in damages, $15,000 for the hat and the other $15,000 for stress.

Prison inmates get extra 9 months in jail for recording rap video and posting it to YouTube

Two prison inmates were slapped with additional months behind bars after being accused of recording a rap video and uploading it to YouTube, prosecutors in the United Kingdom said.

25-year-old Moysha Shepherd of Handsworth, and 25-year-old Demehl Thomas of Highgate, had their prison sentences extended by nine months each after using a smuggled mobile phone to record the rap video.

They both pleaded guilty to violating the 1952 Prison Act.

They could have been sentenced to two years in prison, but they received a lighter sentence as part of a plea bargain agreement with prosecutors.

Thomas, who uses the stage name Remitex, is serving a seven-year prison sentence after being convicted of aggravated robbery.

Shepherd, a father of six children, is serving a five-year prison sentence for dangerous driving and for his involvement in a plot to break out of prison.

According to the police investigation, as the two defendants were serving time in the Birmingham prison, a third inmate used a smuggled phone to record the rap song.

The 3-minute video was then posted on YouTube, where it went viral. In the lyrics, Thomas boasted of making drug and stabbing his rivals in the neck.

Also made derogatory remarks about women.

Woman threatens to kill KFC employees because they ran out of napkins

Police launched an investigation after a woman went on a racist rant and threatened to kill KFC employees because they ran out of napkins, police in the United Kingdom said.

Manchester police said that the woman, who was not identified, became extremely angry and went on an anti-black rant when she was told there are no napkins.

The incident, which was recorded on video and uploaded to YouTube, unfolded on Friday in Ashton-under-Lyne.

On the video, which has gone viral, the woman is seen complaining that she paid $60 for her food, but did not receive even one napkin.

The woman became increasingly angry and told employees that the reason there were no napkins was because the service is bad.

After more than five minutes of yelling, a staff member at KFC raised his voice, and at that moment, the woman started throwing thing and shouted: "I'll kill you."

Another woman got involved and dragged her away from the counter. A spokesperson for KFC said it was horrible to see this kind of behavior towards members of their team.

Police launched an investigation, but so far, the woman was not arrested.

Monkey hops onto bus and drives into 2 parked buses

(Scroll down for video) Two buses suffered damages after a wild monkey hopped onto a bus and drove into the vehicles before being detained, police in India said.

Uttar Pradesh police said that they were called to the scene by numerous people who witnessed the monkey getting into the driver’s seat and slamming into the two parked buses.

According to the police investigation, the incident unfolded on Monday, when the driver parked at the old roadways station and decided to take a quick nap.

The driver leaned back in the last row and fell asleep. After a few minutes, the monkey appeared and climbed into the driver's seat and managed to start the engine.

The driver woke up from the noise and ran to the front in order to chase the animal away. However, the animal panicked and hit the stick shift, putting the bus into gear.

People in the parking lot ran for their lives after seeing the monkey driving the bus. The driver managed to regain control of the bus, but not before it hit two parked buses.

12-year-old boy accused of raping 7-year-old girl for an entire year

A young boy was arrested on a charge of rape after allegedly raping a 7-year-old girl over a one year period, police in the United Kingdom said.

Manchester police said that they have arrested the 12-year-old boy, who was not identified, after allegedly sexually assaulting and raping the girl at a location outside the victim’s home.

The suspect was charged with two counts of rape and one count of causing a girl to engage in sexual activity. The boy pleaded not guilty at the Manchester Youth Court.

In July, a 14-year-old boy was arrested on a charge of murder after allegedly raping a girl and setting her on fire, police in Maryland said.

Baltimore police said that they have arrested three people in connection with the death of 16-year-old Arnesha Bowers.

The three have been charged with murder, rape, arson and being a gang member. The charred body of Bowers, had been found in a burned house on Sunday.

23-year-old Adonay Dixon, 20-year-old John Childs, and 14-year-old Raeshawn Rivers, are accused of breaking into the girl’s house, sexually assaulting her and stealing cash.

According to the police investigation, after Bowers was sexually assaulted, her private parts were set on fire in an effort to destroy evidence.

Rivers committed the crime so that he would be able to join a gang.

Man steals women’s underwear before pleasuring himself into them and returning the dirty clothes to the victims

A man was arrested on a charge of theft after allegedly stealing women’s underwear and pleasuring himself into them, police in Japan said.

Osaka police said that they have arrested the 54-year-old man, who was not identified, after admitting to stealing more than 100 pairs of panties and pleasuring himself into them.

According to the police investigation, the suspect broke into women’s apartments, stole their panties and took them home.

After pleasuring himself into them, he returned the spoiled clothes to his victims. A 20-year-old woman told police that she found a used condom in her underwear.

The suspect has been charged with theft and burglary. During questioning, the man told police that he stole the underwear to fulfil his sexual desires.

The crimes came to light after police saw the suspect on surveillance videos.

Woman sues gym after member slaps her on the behind leaving her with red marks

A woman filed a lawsuit against a gym after a member slapped her on the behind while she was working out, according to court documents in Florida.

Attorney Larry Crow, who is the husband of the victim, filed the lawsuit against L.A. Fitness, after his wife, Sylvia Crow, was harassed and assaulted while working out at the Palm Harbor location.

Melvin Crespo, a member of the L.A. Fitness gym located at 35104 US Highway 19, inappropriately touched the woman several times on the behind.

In one case, Crespo’s slap left a red mark on Crow for more than an hour.

Other members of the gym, Susan Potts and James Potts, as well as gym employees, Chris Solar, Kristen Athanas, and Marcus Bullard, intimidated and harassed the woman because she complained about the assault.

Personal trainer Mark Skeen, was fired after he defended the woman. Crow was forced to cancel her gym membership and leave.

Man falls to his death after walking off cliff while using his cellphone

(Scroll down for video) A young man was pronounced dead after falling off a cliff while being distracted by his cellphone, police in California said.

The San Diego Police Department said that the 30-year-old man, who was not identified, fell off the cliff and plunged 60 feet to his death on Friday.

According to the police investigation, the incident unfolded around 5:00 p.m., in the 900 block of Sunset Cliffs Boulevard.

Witnesses reported seeing the man distracted by an electronic device as he fell over the edge.

One man told investigators that the man was not looking where he was walking as he was looking down on the device in his hands.

Lifeguards who responded to the scene, found the man’s phone. People in the area ran to help the man after he fell off the cliff, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Historic bridge collapses after truck filled with water bottles drove on it

(Scroll down for video) A steel bridge collapsed as if it was a piece of paper after a truck with a heavy load of water drove onto it, police in Indiana said.

Paoli police said that the iconic bridge built over Lick Creek in 1880, was severely damaged by the truck that carried thousands of water bottles.

The driver of the truck drove onto the bridge despite signs warning that no trucks are allowed. According to the police investigation, the bridge collapsed just seconds after the truck drove onto it.

Residents gathered at the bridge to take pictures of it leaning to its side. Some residents even cried after seeing the old bridge with severe damage.

The bridge had a weight limit of six tons, but the truck carried 35 tons of water.

Police and firefighters who responded to the scene, unloaded the water bottles around 2:15 p.m., in order to make it possible to repair the bridge.

Luckily, no one was injured. The driver of the truck identified as 23-year-old Mary Lambright, got a $135 fine for ignoring the sign.

Officials said that it will take months to repair the historic bridge.

Young woman on motorized scooter shoplifts sushi and wine before eating them at Walmart

A young woman was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after allegedly riding around in a motorized scooter at Walmart, and taking wine, sushi and other items before eating them, police in Florida said.

The Citrus County Sheriff’s Office said that they have arrested 20-year-old Josseleen Elida Lopez, after being accused of stealing $32 worth of food from Walmart.

The woman also admitted to using meth. Lopez was charged with shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to the police investigation, on Tuesday, the loss prevention officer of Walmart, contacted the police about an alleged thief who was detained in the store.

The employee told police that he noticed the woman acting suspiciously while riding around the store in a motorized scooter.

He saw a half-empty wine bottle in her shopping cart. He also saw a box of sushi, a piece of chicken, cinnamon rolls and mini muffins.

Lopez consumed the food and wine while riding around in the store. Officers found two empty syringes her possession, one in her bag and one in a backpack.

When asked why she took the food, she said that she was hungry.

Man dumps 140 bags of heroin into bucket of urine to hide them from police

(Scroll down for video) A man who was arrested on a charge of drug possession, dumped more than 100 bags of heroin in a bucket of urine in an attempt to hide them from the police, police in Pennsylvania said.

Lancaster police said that they have arrested 32-year-old Hector Montijo, after being accused of dealing drugs from his home located at 530 Woodward Street.

Montijo was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to the police investigation, officers raided the suspect’s home on Tuesday, after receiving complaints that Montijo was dealing drugs inside his house.

As the officers entered the building, Montijo dumped 140 bags of heroin in a large bucket human urine. The officers were able to remove the packages of heroin from the bucket of urine.

The bags were dried and they tested positive for heroin.

In total, officers found 179 bags of heroin worth around $1,790, ten bags of cocaine worth around $200, five oxycodone pills worth around $50 and $392 in cash.

A woman who sports a beard and weighs 400 pounds, was arrested on a charge of assault after allegedly stabbing a man because he asked her for a cigarette, police in California said.

The San Diego Police Department said that the incident unfolded on Wednesday, after the man approached the woman, who was not identified, and asked her for a smoke.

The 39-year-old man, who was not identified, was stabbed in the neck in front of 300 Park Boulevard.

The woman, who was wearing a white shirt and white jeans, told the man to get away from her stuff before stabbing him in the neck.

The woman then fled from the scene. The injured man was taken to a nearby hospital, and he expected to survive.

9-year-old boy with cancer freezes testicular tissue in hopes of having children one day

A brave young boy decided to undergo an experimental treatment so that he may have children one day.

9-year-old Nathan Crawford became the first male in the United Kingdom, to have the experimental treatment with the hope that he can someday have children.

The young boy was diagnosed with a brain tumor called a glioma, which requires grueling courses of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. However, the vital therapies that will reduce the tumor growth form his brain could leave him infertile.

In order to give the young boy a chance to have children one day, surgeons have removed part of his testicular tissue and froze it at a new plant in Oxford.

Doctors want to implant these tissue when Crawford is old enough and ready to be a father.

An estimated 300 children become infertile each year in the United Kingdom, as a result of treatment for cancerous and non-cancerous tumors.

Freezing ovarian tissue of girls in the early stages of the disease has already produced about 50 live births worldwide.

However, this was never done for boys.

Married woman sets lover on fire in argument over $15 she used to buy potatoes

A married woman was arrested after she set her lover on fire during a fight over $15.

The woman of Masvingo, Zimbabwe, is accused of setting her lover, Hardlife Ndlovu, 34, who is also married, on fire.

Ndlovu allegedly lied to his wife and told her that he was going to watch a soccer game at a shop, but instead, he went to the home of his lover, Juliet Marega, 31, for sex.

During that time, the two lovers got into an argument over a debt of $15. Ndlovu said that he gave Marega the money to buy potatoes.

However, she refused to repay the debt. Neighbors said that they heard the couple fighting before hearing Ndlovu screaming for help.

When they entered the home, the found Ndlovu rolling on the floor and he was on fire. Ndlovu suffered third-degree burns to his body during the attack that took place about 7:00 p.m.

The woman told police that Ndlovu, demanded payment and took away her cellphone. He then allegedly punched Marega. In return, a furious Marega sprayed Ndlovu with paraffin and set him on fire.

Ndlovu suffered severe burns on his chest, back, head, abdomen and limbs. He was rushed to the Masvingo General Hospital, and was later transferred to Harare Central Hospital, where he is in critical condition.

Masvingo police spokesperson Inspector Charity Mazula said that Marega was arrested on a charge of attempted murder.

Teenager dies after falling off hoverboard into the path of bus

A teenager of the United Kingdom, died in a horrific accident while riding a hoverboard.

The teenager of London, used the hoverboard to go to the grocery store to buy milk for his mother when he fell in front of a bus.

The 15-year-old boy was dragged about 200 yards along the road. Nawaf Al-Tuwayan fell off his self-balancing scooter and landed in front of the bus.

Jeffery Mingle, who witnessed the accident, said that the teen “did not look confident” on the popular gadget before falling into the road.

Mingle, 33, chased the bus to alert the driver, who was unaware that he had hit Al-Tuwayan.

By the time the bus was lifted and Al-Tuwayan was removed from under the vehicle, it was too late. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver, who was very experienced, was not charged as it was determined to have been a tragic accident.

Officials have become increasingly concerned over the safety of the hoverboard after several videos were posted online, showing the device exploding into flames while being used by teenagers.

Man accidentally kills wife while trying to save her from bear that was after her

A man is devastated over the loss of his wife, who was killed while he tried to protect her from a bear.

Matthias Liniger and his wife, Claudia Huber, both of Canada, were at their home in Yukon, when a bear came onto their property and attacked the woman.

The husband accidentally shot and killed his 42-year-old wife while trying to save her from the bear that attacked her, according to a forensic report released this month.

Yukon’s chief coroner Kirsten Macdonald believes that the male brown bear noticed the family's dog barking and may have seen it as prey.

Liniger brought the dog inside, but the bear began to circle around their house before crashing through the window.

The dog ran away, while the couple ran outside and took refuge in separate vehicles. The grizzly bear jumped on the hood of the car that Huber was in before the bear moved to her husband’s vehicle.

The husband briefly startled the animal by honking his horn. When the bear ran away, Huber tried to move to her husband’s vehicle, but the bear returned and grabbed her.

Liniger ran inside to get a rifle, but by the time he returned, the bear had dragged his wife 60 feet. He shot at the animal several times.

One of the shots ricocheted off a tree and hit the woman in the chest. She was taken to a hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.

Drunk 22-year-old man rapes his 82-year-old grandmother

A man was arrested, charged and convicted of rape after raping his grandmother in her own home.

The 22-year-old man of Zimbabwe, raped his 82-year-old grandmother and promised to give her a bag of sugar and vegetables if she did not tell anyone about his actions, a court in Hwange heard.

Liveson Muleya blamed his actions on being intoxicated. Muleya said that he had been drinking when he stumbled into his grandmother’s room at 3:00 a.m.

“I was very intoxicated and lost as I thought I was getting into my room,” he said. He then got into his 82-year-old grandmother’s bed and raped her.

Muleya later left her grandmother's room and returned to his room. He went to sleep as if nothing had happened. That is when the woman went to her brother’s house and told him what happened.

The woman was taken to the Victoria Falls District Hospital, for a medical examination. Doctors confirmed that she was raped.

“I apologize for what I did,” Muleya said in court. Hwange regional magistrate Dambudzo Malunga found him guilty of one count of rape.

Malunga sentenced Muleya to 15 years in prison with three years suspended for five years on condition that he does not commit a similar offense.

Teenager dies in crash while riding motorbike he got as present just hours earlier

A family was left devastated after receiving the tragic news that their teenage son was killed while riding his motorcycle.

The 16-year-old boy was killed while riding the scrambler motorcycle that he had received as a gift a few hours earlier.

The boy, who was identified as Warren Kenny of Ireland, was out riding the bike in broad daylight, when he collided with another motorcycle at full speed.

He was rushed to the St. James' Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. The driver of the second motorcycle, who is in his 20s, was also taken to a hospital. He suffered a broken arm.

Kenny was overjoyed with his gift and was out riding the motorcycle in Ballyfermot, Dublin, about 8:00 a.m. Sadly, he never made it home after his first ride on the bike.

The crash site was cordoned off and the road was closed to traffic. A team of Garda forensic collision investigators were called to inspect the scene to figure out how the crash occurred.

Sinn Fein councillor Daithi Doolan said that the accident was a “terrible tragedy” and he urged young people to be more careful while riding motorcycles.

President of Turkey stops motorcade to prevent suicidal man from jumping off bridge

(Scroll down for video) A suicidal man was saved by the Turkish president, who took the time to speak to him and promised to help him.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stopped on his way to prayers on Friday, after spotting the suicidal man who wanted to jump from a bridge.

Erdogan ordered his motorcade to stop while they were crossing the Bosphorus Bridge, which connects Europe to Asia.

His security detail then walked over to the man, who was on the other side of the railing, and spoke to him. The body guards told the suicidal man that the president wanted to speak to him.

After seeing the president in the car, the man agreed to climb back to land and was taken to the president.

After a few moments of talking with Erdogan, the man, who appeared to be in his 30s, kissed the president's hand and he was escorted to safety.

Officials said that police had been trying to save the man, who was suffering from depression, for nearly two hours, before the president intervened.

Woman wins truckload of coal in government weigh loss challenge after losing 66 pounds

(Scroll down for video) A somewhat overweight governor in Russia, announced a contest to encourage people to lose weight.

Governor Aman Tuleyev of Siberia, announced that he will hand out a special reward for people who lose of weight, coal in the amount of 1.5 metric tons (3,300 pounds) of coal per 10 kilos (22 pounds) lost. However, most people thought it was a just a joke and they did not take the governor seriously.

One woman decided to go for the challenge. 43-year-old Yelena Salnikova, a nurse in Berezovskiy, decided to sign up, and she worked hard to lose weight.

One day, after losing 30 kilos (66 pounds),a truck pulled up to her house and officials unloaded a truckload of coal for the woman.

The nurse, who started the weight loss challenge at 247 pounds, said that she had to buy a new wardrobe for the winter season and was happy to save money on her heating bill.

Salnikova said that the coal will last her for a least half of the winter.

A spokesperson for the Kemerovo government said on Twitter that officials will turn the “slimming down for coal” program into a reality television show.
