Largo police said that they have arrested 24-year-old Kenneth Hilario Sanchez, after being accused of stealing 22 private photos from a 20-year-old woman.
Sanchez was charged with offenses against users of computers, computer systems, computer networks and electronic devices.
A spokesperson for Sprint said that the store fired the employee. According to the police investigation, Sanchez helped the woman transfer the data from her old cellphone to a new one.
During this transfer, he sent 22 photos from her phone to his own phone. After the data transfer, the woman noticed that 22 photos were sent via text to a number she did not recognize.
The number belonged to Sanchez. During questioning, Sanchez told the police that he stole the photos and shared them with other store employees.
