Orlando police said that they have arrested 43-year-old Jeffrey Feulner, after being accused of assaulting 41-year-old Ashlie Feulner.
Feulner, who is the founder of Men’s Divorce Law Firm, was charged with domestic violence battery. If convicted, he faces up to a year in prison.
According to the police investigation, Feulner was driving with his wife in his Chrysler 300, near the intersection of Mills Avenue and Princeton Street, when he began to yell at her.
When she began recording the fight with her cellphone, he snatched it, and she tried to retrieve it. During the struggle, he beat her with his hands and fists.
He also pulled her hair. Police found hair on the floor of the vehicle. Three days after the incident, the wife filed for divorce.
