Father strips naked and urinates on loaves of bread at store

A man was arrested on a charge of criminal damage after stripping naked in a grocery store and urinating on loaves of bread, police in the United Kingdom said.

Now, 33-year-old Adam James Potts of County Durham, was ordered to observe a curfew and pay $500 in compensation after pleading guilty to an act of outraging public decency, criminal damage and assaulting a constable in his duty.

According to the police investigation, Potts entered the store around 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, while being under the influence of alcohol.

He proceeded to take off his clothes before approaching the loaves of bread. He then urinated on products and shelves, causing about $250 in damages.

Potts then knocked items off shelves while shouting and swearing. Police officer who arrived at the scene, escorted Potts out from the store.

Potts was accused of assaulting one of the officers during his arrest.
