A man was arrested on a charge of impersonating a police officer after allegedly posing as a police officer in front of his father’s house in order to scare away prostitutes, police in China said.

Changzhou police said that they have arrested the 21-year-old man identified as Guo, after he posed as a police officer in front of his father’s home because he was tired of him using prostitutes.

According to the police investigation, the incident unfolded on Friday, after Guo learned that his father was planning to hire prostitutes to entertain himself.

Guo told police that he was fed up of his father spending his money on prostitutes after nagging him several times for cash.

Guo decided to dress up as a police officer and stand in front of his father’s house in order to prevent prostitutes from entering the home.

Guo admitted to doing so at least three times. The crime came to light after Guo used Taser to scare away a passing dog. The owner of the dog called the police and Guo was arrested.

Guo was found in possession of a plastic gun, a police vest, toy handcuffs, a fake electric baton and a counterfeit police badge.
