A man of the United Kingdom, was banned from having any female friends without telling police about the relationship or he will face more jail time.
44-year-old Geoffrey Mark Ball, who has a history of sexually abusing women, is due to be released from prison.
Ball also defrauded his victims and lied about his identity.
Cleveland police asked the judge to take extreme measures against Ball “due to the risk he poses to vulnerable females.”
Ball, who has a long criminal history, was also banned from Internet dating websites or using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Tumblr, to contact women.
In 1989, Ball was convicted of indecent assault on a woman and was jailed for six months. He was also jailed for four years in 2006, for grievous bodily harm.
He also has convictions of fraud, using a string of aliases to con women out of a total of $30,000.
In 2010, he was arrested again for sexual assault and he was placed on the sex offender registry until 2017.
However, he violated the order in 2013, after he did not comply with the requirements of the Sexual Offences Act. He was jailed and he is now set to be released from the Holme House Prison in County Durham.
Ball was described as a “dangerous man who posed a high risk of sexual offending.” He will not be allowed to have a girlfriend or female friends without notifying risk management officers or he will be back behind bars.
