(Scroll down for video) Hugh Hefner announced that he will be selling his famous mansion.
The Playboy Mansion in California, which is famous for its wild parties, could be yours for $200 million.
However, there’s a catch, Playboy Magazine founder Hugh Hefner often said that he never will live elsewhere and he wants to stick to his words.
“A condition of the sale is that Mr. Hefner would be able to continue working and living in the residence,” said Playboy spokesperson John Vlautin.
The negotiations between the seller and the buyer could determine whether the 89-year-old man remains living there for free or if he is required to pay rent.
The 5 acre property in Los Angeles, has seen thousands of celebrities and beautiful women pass through its doors.
It has 29 rooms, a playhouse, a home theater, a wine cellar, a gym, a tennis court, a swimming pool and a guest house with four bedrooms, as well as the famous room where Playboy bunnies have entertained guests.
Hefner bought the house that was built in 1927 for $1.1 million and he is now looking to sell it for $200 million. A 7-acre mansion nearby was sold last year for $59 million.
