Butte police said that they have arrested 31-year-old Dean May, Jr., after being under the influence of drugs despite a court order banning him from abusing drugs or alcohol.
According to the police, May called 911 to report that he got ripped off by a woman who promised to sell him meth on Wednesday evening.
He met the woman, who was not identified, and gave her $60.
Instead of getting meth, the woman fled the scene with the cash. May immediately called the police to report the woman.
