Man rapes woman and steals her underwear to add to his used bikini collection

A man was arrested on a charge of rape after allegedly raping a woman and stealing her underwear in order to add to his large used lingerie collection, police in Japan said.

Kochi police said that they have arrested 25-year-old Shoya Imada, after being accused of breaking into numerous apartments in order to steal the used underwear of women.

Imada was charged with burglary and rape. According to the police investigation, Imada broke into an apartment and went to the bedroom of the victim.

He then proceeded to assault and rape the victim before fleeing with her underwear.

In another incident, Imada is accused of assaulting a 20-year-old woman, who was walking down a street, before running away with her underwear.

During questioning, Imada told police that he wanted their underwear. Police officers who searched Imada’s home, found 600 pairs of women’s underwear.
