(Scroll down for video) A teacher was arrested after she was seen driving a car with three students in her trunk.
33-year-old Andria Jones of Tennessee, was arrested after police found six children sitting inside her car and three more in the trunk, police said.
Jones was charged with three counts of reckless endangerment after someone at a gas station called 911 to report her.
The children were all between 9 and 10 years old. The group had attended a ball game earlier in the day, and were reportedly going to stay with Jones for the night.
Jones denied the allegations, saying that the children were just playing in the trunk while she was getting a few items from the Speedway gas station on Murfreesboro Road.
Jones said that her car was parked and the keys were out of the ignition when the children were playing in the trunk. However, police said that the incident was recorded on a surveillance camera.
Jones, who is a tutor at Alex Green, an elementary school in Nashville, was placed on administrative leave, pending the outcome of the investigation.
