Milwaukee County police said that they found the frozen body of 21-year-old Elizabeth Luebke, just a block away from where she was partying.

According to the police investigation, Luebke was in the area for a concert and after that she went to a party at a house near the location where she was found frozen to death.

She was not dressed appropriately for the freezing weather.

Around 4:30 a.m., Luebke collapsed as a result of the cold temperatures. Luebke was found by a passerby around 9:00 a.m.

At that time, the temperature -5.8 degrees with the wind chill recorded at -27.5 degrees.

A friend who was at the party along with Luebke, told investigators that she was very drunk and became angry with her other friends before she ran away.

Luebke was not dressed appropriately for the extremely cold weather, as she wore party type clothes, including shorts, tights and a tank top.

A sweater was found on the floor near her body.
