A woman who became extremely angry at her husband for refusing to have sex with her, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence after allegedly using nunchucks to assault him, police in South Carolina said.

Rock Hill police said that they have arrested 51-year-old Sondra Earle-Kelly, after being accused of assaulting her husband because he refused to have sex with her.

Earle-Kelly was charged with one count of criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature. She was booked into the York County Detention Center, and her bail was set at $15,000.

According to the police investigation, officers were called to a home on the 1800 block of Springsteen Road around 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, on a report of a domestic dispute.

Police officers who arrived at the scene, saw that the victim and the walls of the home were covered in blood.

The victim said that he was watching television in the living room when Earle-Kelly came in and asked him to go to bed with her.

When he refused, she picked up items and threw them at him.

Earle-Kelly then took a pair of nunchucks and started beating him in the face and head.
