Gun store owner and his teenage son shot dead during dispute over a $25 store service charge

(Scroll down for video) A gun store owner and his son were killed while another father and his son were injured during a shootout.

Police in Mississippi, said that a woman was having a hard time dealing with a customer at the McLemore Gun Shop near Picayune.

The woman called her husband, Jason McLemore, 44, who is the owner of the gun shop.

He came to the shop along with his 17-year-old son Jacob McLemore. An argument broke out and things got out of hand before the father and son were shot dead inside the store.

Police said that Andy McCool, 52, and his son Michael McCool, 29, went to the gun shop to pick up their weapon, which was at the shop for service.

According to Andy and Michael McCool, the gun shop owner wanted them to pay a $25 service fee despite the fact that the gun was not repaired.

During the argument, Michael McCool shot the father and son with a 40-caliber pistol.

Michael McCool and his father were also shot during the shootout. They were hospitalized in stable condition.

Police are investigating the incident and will determine if any charges will be filed.
