(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested on a charge of drug possession after allegedly trying to sell drugs in court in front of a judge and officers, police in Pennsylvania said.
Allegheny County police said that they have arrested 35-year-old Christopher Durkin, after he was caught in possession of Suboxone.
Durkin was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver. He was booked into the Allegheny County Jail.
According to the police investigation, Durkin appeared in traffic court on a charge of driving without a valid license. When he was dismissed, Durkin walked over to a man, who was not identified, and engaged in a conversation.
A court officer told Durkin to leave. The other man told officers that Durkin tried to sell him Suboxone pills. Durkin was searched, and was found to be in possession of Suboxone pills.
