A woman was arrested after being accused of soliciting people for help to rob her employer.
23-year-old Alayna Weishner-Rush of Pennsylvania, was charged with two counts of criminal solicitation after the plot to rob a Burger King fell through.
Weishner-Rush is accused of trying to solicit a man and a woman to rob the Burger King located at 775 Jefferson Avenue in Canton Township, while working at the drive-thru window.
The plan was for the couple to come to the drive-thru window about 10:00 p.m., when she was scheduled to work.
Weishner-Rush allegedly gave them specific details on how to rob the restaurant. According to police, she told the two to wear masks and order something before walking up to the window and rob her.
Police said that they learned of the plan when the two who were solicited by Weishner-Rush, contacted them.
The 23-year-old woman was arrested and booked into the Washington County Jail for violation of probation. District Judge Robert Redlinger set bond at $10,000.
Weishner-Rush was also fired from her job at Burger King.
