(Scroll down for video) An 18-year-old man of Florida, was arrested after he accidentally killed his younger cousin.
13-year-old Lavardo Fisher was killed when his older cousin fell off a hoverboard, causing his gun to discharge.
According to police in Orlando, Fisher was visiting his cousins, and while riding a hoverboard, the teenager lost his balance and fell. The gun discharged and hit Fisher in the back of the head.
Fisher was rushed to the Arnold Palmer Hospital, where he died.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office arrested the boy’s uncle who left the gun in a bedroom before the teenager took possession of it.
When he was arrested, the uncle of the boy cried and said: “I love my nephew.” The 35-year-old uncle, Walter Morame, was not home at the time of the shooting, but he was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.
The 18-year-old man who fired the shot, was also arrested.
