Man steals frozen fish from Walmart before stuffing it in his pants and urinating on it

(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after allegedly stealing frozen fish from Walmart, before stuffing it in his pants and urinating on it, police in Tennessee said.

Clarksville police said that they have arrested 56-year-old David Wylie, after being accused of being drunk and disorderly inside the Walmart located at 2315 Madison Street.

Wylie was charged with shoplifting, vandalism, indecent exposure and public intoxication. He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail, and his bail was set at $2,000.

According to the police investigation, around 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, an employee saw Wylie urinating in the alcohol aisle while trying to put a package of trout in his pants.

He then tried to leave the store without paying. The employee called the police. Police officers who arrived at the scene, spoke with Wylie, and he admitted to urinating on the fish.

He also admitted that he had been drinking.
