A woman of Georgia, was arrested after accepting gifts in exchange for creating a fake ID.
According to police, 52-year-old Gladys Williams of 2329 Cadden Road in Augusta, created a fake ID and handed over personal information from other people in exchange for gifts.
Williams worked for the Georgia Department of Driver Services for 17 years, but she was fired after her arrest, a spokesperson for the agency said.
Williams is accused of creating a fake ID and passing on the personal information in exchange for purses and clothes, according to police.
Williams was charged bribery, computer invasion of privacy, computer forgery, computer theft and violation of oath by public officer.
