Police in Georgia, said that the Waffle House cook in Dawsonville, fell into a coma after his co-worker intentionally spiked his drink with methamphetamine.

Police reviewed the surveillance video of the store and it showed 43-year-old waitress Sonserea Dawn Evans, taking the chef’s drink into the toilet around midnight.

Police believe that Evans, slipped the drugs into Brian Mikeals’ drink in the bathroom.

The 37-year-old father collapsed and was in a coma for four weeks. He is now recovering at the Northside Hospital in Cumming, but he cannot walk and he is barely able to speak.

Evans was arrested for aggravated battery and the possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. Police have not yet released a motive for the crime.

However, his family believes that Mikeals was drugged because he did not want to date Evans.
