Man pleasures himself in front of young girls selling Girl Scout cookies at Walmart

(Scroll down for video) A mother called police to report a man who was seen pleasuring himself just inches away from young girls.

Police in Connecticut, were called to Walmart at 255 West Main St. in Avon, after the mother spotted the man pleasuring himself.

The incident took place about 10:15 a.m., while 10-year-old girls were selling Girl Scout cookies. One of the parents spotted the man sitting in his car that was parked near the entrance of Walmart, where the five girls young were selling cookies.

After realizing that he was caught, 23-year-old Alexander Gailunas of Winsted, drove away. However, police spotted his car and pulled him over.

Gailunas told officers that “he was not some sort of weirdo and was not looking at the kids,” according to the police report. He also told police that he was watching a video on his phone while he was parked.

Police confiscated the phone to determine if there was any inappropriate videos of children on the device.

Galiunas was charged with public indecency, risk of injury to a minor, impairing the morals of a minor, operating a vehicle with a suspended license and possession of marijuana.

His bail was set at $80,000. Hartford Superior Court Judge Carl E. Taylor also ordered Gailunas to stay out of every Walmart in the state and to stay at least 100 yards away from any Girl Scout event or Girl Scout in uniform.
