The Memphis Police Department said that they have arrested 54-year-old Michael Bennett, after being seen lying on the ground next to a crack pipe.

Bennett was charged with public intoxication, indecent exposure and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to the police, around 6:30 p.m. on Friday night, officers were called to the 1400 block of Madison Avenue.

Police officers who arrived at the scene, found Bennett lying on the street in public view with his pants down and a shirt over his head.

The officers then realized a full bottle of whiskey was inserted into his behind. Bennett had a crack pipe nearby, and seemed to be very intoxicated with slurred speech.

Bennett told police that he does crazy things when drunk.
