(Scroll down for video) The United Nations was condemned after it did little to stop sexual assaults committed by its peacekeeper across the globe.

In the latest complaint filed against the United Nations, a peacekeeper raped a 13-year-old girl, and got her pregnant.

Last year, 99 complaints of sexual assault were made against U.N. peacekeepers in 69 countries. So far, no arrests have been made.

Most peacekeepers accused of sexual assault last year, were from Congo, Morocco, South Africa, Cameroon, Rwanda and Tanzania.

Last year, U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon pledged to root out sexual abuse after an independent panel found that the U.N. did not act with speed, attention or the sensitivity necessary when information was revealed about crimes committed against child by peacekeepers.
