(Scroll down for video) A trooper of Alabama, was arrested after he raped a woman, whom he was supposed to help.
The state trooper was jailed after handcuffing the woman and forcing her to have sex with him in his patrol car.
Samuel H. McHenry II, 36, of Rutledge, pleaded guilty to sexual misconduct after his felony charges of rape and sodomy were dismissed as part of a plea deal with prosecutors.
McHenry must serve six months in the Butler County Jail. He also lost his Alabama Peace Officer Training Commission certification and is required to register as a sex offender.
According to court documents, the victim told police that she was involved in a traffic accident on Interstate 65, and McHenry responded to investigate the incident.
McHenry handcuffed the victim and placed her in the back of his patrol car after finding pill bottles and an empty nasal spray in her car.
McHenry then drove his cruiser to exit 107 in Butler County, and threatened the victim with jail if she did not cooperate with him.
McHenry then got out of his cruiser, dropped his pants and had sex with her. He also forced the woman to perform sex acts on him.
He then drove the victim to exit 101, and dumped her outside a closed shop.
Alabama Law Enforcement Agency spokesman Sgt. Steve Jarrett said that agents were notified of the incident and the officer was arrested.
