A driver was who was stopped for speeding, urinated and defecated in the back seat of a police cruiser, police in Florida said.
The Lake County Sheriff’s Office said that they have arrested 24-year-old Carlos Adonis Ramos-Erazo, after being accused of hitting a police officer with his car as he was speeding home to get to his bathroom.
Ramos-Erazo was charged with fleeing, battery on a law enforcement officer, aggravated assault with a motor vehicle on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
He was booked into jail, and his bail was set at $18,000.
According to the police, Ramos-Erazo was spotted going 75 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour zone on Thursday.
He was pulled over to the side of the road, where he told the officers that he had been speeding to get home because he had to use the toilet.
He was ordered to get out of his car, but he refused to leave.
When the officers tried to pull him out of his car, Ramos-Erazo fled from the scene. As a result, one officer was injured on the arm.
Police followed the suspect to his home. When Ramos-Erazo arrived, he got out of the car and started running towards his home.
He was shot with a Taser and was taken into custody. On the way to the Lake County Jail, Ramos-Erazo urinated and defecated in the back of the patrol car.
