Mom stops 14-year-old son’s birthday party to hand him over to police for throwing train seat out of window

(Scroll down for video) A mother in Australia, chose to interrupt her son’s birthday celebration to hand him over to police, according to witnesses at the party.

The boy of Sydney, was wanted by police after a video of him was uploaded to the Internet. The video showed how the boy and his friends were traveling on a train.

During the ride, the teenager was seen holding a seat and throwing it out of the window while the train was traveling at high speeds.

The teenager threw the seat down into cars below. It is unclear if any cars were hit. Superintendent Jason Joyce from the Police Transport Command, saw the video and police asked people with information about the incident to come forward.

When the boy’s mother saw the video, she marched her son to the police station. He faces a serious charge of endangering life for throwing an object at a vehicle, an offense that was introduced after a number of deaths occurred at the hands of kids or young adults throwing stones or other objects at vehicles.

The charge carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison.
