Teen and his friends break into home to smoke marijuana and sexually assault 43-year-old man

A teen was arrested on a charge of sexual assault with intent to rape for breaking into the home of a 43-year-old man, and smoking marijuana and sexually assaulting him, police in Scotland said.

Now, 19-year-old Patrick O’Hara of Lochside, is facing several years in prison after being found guilty of assault and sexual assault with intent to rape.

According to the police investigation, the incident unfolded on a Friday night, when O’Hara and his seven friends broke into the victim’s home.

The victim told them to leave, but they refused and began smoking marijuana. O’Hara then punched and kicked the victim.

O’Hara then left with his friends, but her returned later that night. O’Hara demanded that the victim remove all of his clothes.

O’Hara hit him with a bamboo stick and jumped on top of him.

He then pulled off his underpants and groped the victim’s private parts. The victim managed to fight off O’Hara, and fled from the scene.
