(Scroll down for video) Three police officers were arrested on a charge of theft after allegedly stealing snacks from a marijuana shop during a raid, police in California said.

The Orange County District Attorney’s Office said that they have arrested 31-year-old Brandon Matthew Sontag, 37-year-old Nicole Lynn Quijas, and 32-year-old Jorge Arroyo, after they were seen on video eating snacks during the raid on Sky High Holistic.

They were charged with theft and vandalism.

According to the police investigation, the officers helped themselves to the snacks at the shop, but they claimed they ate candy bars that were not laced with marijuana.

While conducting the raid, the police officers smashed the lenses of security cameras in the shop. If convicted, the officers face up to one year in prison.

A video of the officers eating the snacks during the raid and joking about getting high, was uploaded to the Internet, where it went viral.
