A woman was arrested on a charge of assault after allegedly stripping naked and assaulting Walmart employees who accused her of stealing, police in Michigan said.

Blackman Township police said that they have arrested the woman, who was not identified, after being accused of biting loss prevention officers.

She was charged with indecent exposure, malicious destruction of property, assault and unarmed robbery.

According to the police investigation, the 26-year-old woman entered the Walmart on Monday morning, and loaded items into a shopping cart.

When she pushed the shopping cart out of the store, she was confronted by loss prevention officers.

After being accused of stealing, the woman took off her pants and shirt to show that she had no hidden items under her clothes.

When she was still accused of stealing, she hit the employees and bit them. The employees suffered minor injuries, but did not require medical attention.

The woman was arrested at the scene, and was booked into the Jackson County Jail.
