(Scroll down for video) A man who was unhappy with his pizza delivery, drove to the store to beat the driver.

Darshawn Scott, 20, of Pennsylvania, was arrested after police said he attacked an employee of Domino’s Pizza after the delivery driver refused to take the food up to his house due to the store policy.

The incident took place about 12:45 a.m., when Scott ordered a pizza to his house in the 300 block of Parkview Circle in Wilkes-Barre.

Domino’s Pizza and some other restaurants do not deliver food to the Sherman Hills apartment complex because of violent crime that has happened there in the past.

The pizza delivery driver repeatedly asked Scott to come outside to get his pizza, but he refused and demanded that the driver come inside and bring the pizza to his door.

The driver was instructed by the store management to leave the area without delivering the pizza.

Police said that Scott then went to Domino’s Pizza. He jumped over the counter and punched the delivery driver in the head three times.

Scott then fled the restaurant, but was later arrested. He now faces a charge of disorderly conduct.
