A prankster of the United Kingdom, was having a great time scaring people and posting the videos to YouTube.

However, things backfired when he and his 15-year-old partner scared people while pretending to have a bomb and robbing a museum in front of them.

31-year-old Danh Van Le of London, was behind the camera as his teenage partner carried out the stunts. He then shared the video on his YouTube channel called Trollstation, which has 680,000 subscribers and already racked up 188 million views.

In one of the videos, the 15-year-old boy is seen approaching strangers and asking them to hold a briefcase with a clock inside.

He then dropped the briefcase on the floor and ran away, scaring bystanders into thinking that there could be a bomb inside.

Van Le also recorded two “break-ins” at the Tate and the National Portrait Gallery, where the pranksters wore tights over their faces, ran into the galleries while holding paintings to trick visitors into thinking it was a heist.

People scrambled to get out of the museum and they ran away before the men announced that it was all a joke. However, police did not think it was funny and they were arrested.

Van Le pleaded guilty to one count of bomb hoax placing with intent, involving eight incidents, and was sentenced to 9 months in prison.
