(Scroll down for video) A car collector left his home and his possessions to his church.
Dennis Erickson was a longtime church usher of the Celebration Church in Lakeville, Minnesota.
He was never married and did not have children. When he passed away, he left his house to the church. Lisa Lundstrom, chief financial officer of the church, said that she was amazed when she entered the home.
Lundstrom did not expect to find anything of value in the home, but she found a collection of 30,000 collectible toy cars worth over $100,000.
Lundstrom showed how every room in the house had cars. Some cars were displayed in cases on the walls of the kitchen, laundry room, bedrooms and even in the bathroom. Other cars were displayed on beds.
Lundstrom learned that Erickson began collecting cars when he was 9 years old.
