(Scroll down for video) Procter & Gamble was slapped with a class action lawsuit after a man claims to have been burned by using Old Spice deodorant.
Rodney Colley of Alexandria, Virginia, said that he used the Old Spice deodorant just several times before suffering severe burns and rashes.
He is demanding $25,000 in damages for each victim. According to court documents, Colley was burned from certain chemicals used in the Old Spice deodorant.
Procter & Gamble however, denied the allegations, saying that thousands of people use Old Spice every day without any negative health effects.
The company admitted that a small number of people may experience irritation due to alcohol sensitivity, a common ingredient used in all deodorant products.
The company suggests that people with an alcohol sensitivity use an antiperspirant instead of deodorant.
