(Scroll down for video) A teacher was arrested on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor after allowing his students to smoke marijuana in class, police in Virginia said.
Glen Allen police said that they have arrested 23-year-old Domonic Leuzzi, after his behaviorally challenged students told their principal that their teacher allowed them to smoke marijuana in class.
Leuzzi was charged with three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
According to the police investigation, Leuzzi was a teacher for behaviorally challenged children at the Academy of Virginia Randolph, when at least three students smoked marijuana in class.
The students then notified the principal who called the police.
Leuzzi was immediately fired from his job and he is no longer employed by the Henrico County school district.
