Best Choice recalls cans of green beans after couple finds dead mouse in food

(Scroll down for video) A company that sells canned food in Oklahoma, has recalled their green beans after a couple found a dead mouse in one of their cans.

Andrew and Chelsea Belflower of Midwest City, said that they went to shop at Crest Foods on Douglas Boulevard on Saturday, and bought eight cans of Best Choice green beans.

The couple started to open the cans and put them in a crock pot. When the dumped the fourth can, something black fell into the crock pot.

Andrew said that he grabbed it and took it out before realizing it was a dead mouse. The manager of Crest said that all the Best Choice green beans were removed from the shelves.

Best Choice apologized for the incident, and said that they are investigating and are working with the couple to learn how it happened.

They also said that all cans of green beans have been recalled.
