(Scroll down for video) A husband was arrested on a charge of drug distribution after allegedly selling marijuana out of his wife’s day care center, police in Pennsylvania said.
Lancaster police said that they have arrested 43-year-old Craig L. Johnson, after being accused of selling marijuana out of the Gymboree Family Childcare center.
Johnson has been charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into jail, and his bail was set at $50,000.
According to the police investigation, Johnson sold marijuana from the top floor of the building located at 407 S. West End Avenue.
On the first floor, his wife, who was not arrested or charged, owned and operated a child care center. Investigators who raided the building following a tip, found about three ounces of marijuana divided into six bags.
The investigators also found $1,025 and a plastic bag containing numerous small plastic bags.
