A man of Georgia, was arrested for assaulting his mother and brother over urine on his toothbrush.
Police arrested 20-year-old Fernandez Jones of the 3000 block of Libby Drive, in Augusta, on charges of simple battery family violence, according to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.
Police learned that Jones complained to his mother that his toothbrush smelled of urine, and he said that he was sure his brother was responsible.
He quickly became irrational and grabbed his mother by her face and then her throat.
The mother screamed for help, and her other son came to her rescue. However, Jones soon repeatedly punched him in the face.
The mother ran into her bedroom and shut the door, but Jones kicked it in.
When deputies arrived, Jones was allegedly irrational and he talked about the wires in his house that were being used to spy on him, police said.
