Police called to investigate sex crime after kindergarten boy pushed Lego into panties of 3-year-old girl

Police in Austria, were called to a kindergarten after a boy was accused of sexually assaulting his classmate.

Parents demanded labeling the boy as a sex offender and wanted him to be removed from the school.

The incident occurred in a kindergarten in Linz, where the 5-year-old boy had pushed a Lego brick into the panties of the 3-year-old girl.

Police confirmed that because a complaint was filed. They were forced to launch an investigation. However, the prosecutor refused to file any charges against the boy.

A spokesperson for Prosecutor Philip Christl said: “In cases involving youngsters we never prosecute. There are exceptions for older children, but there is usually no prosecution for children under 18 years old.”

After the prosecution informed the parents of the 3-year-old girl that they will not take any further action on the complaint, they said that they will remove their daughter from the school.
